We were here November and December 2019. The park is very big and is focused on lake type activities. No hiking trails however a real nice disc golf course. Showers are large and clean. No sewer hook ups at the sites. Your experience will...
It’s the best and the worst of boondocking. Super loud since you are parked under the overpasses coming into Memphis from AR. The good news is the trains are loud enough so they cover up the road noise. It quiets down after midnight for a few...
An average RV Park with full time and overnighted. Full hookups. Laundry and showers, dog area... didn’t check out any amenities but they are there. Lots of room for big rigs. It was a quick stay for us pending 10 degree weather!
Albeit a sleepover with about 20 other rigs and a super windy night (30-40mph winds) we loved it here. It is def not super quiet with the highway traffic but if you want a place to hang out and go hiking there are enough trails to keep you busy...
Parking lot for RVs is between hotel and restaurants. Small sign is there but you have to look for it. Nice but small areas to walk the dogs complete with doggie bags and trash cans. We were here with about 10 other rigs. Security patrolled....
Stayed one night. Security wasn’t apparent so we did not check in after arriving at 9pm. We stayed in the well lit, somewhat off level parking lot.
Nice park. Some sites are especially private. Full hook ups and level sites. Lots of craft demos and classes if you have the time and are there at the right time. Check out the tower and the museum. Very cool but was dismayed to find out Stephen...
The campground is okay. Full hook ups and pretty level. Some foliage to add a bit of privacy. If you’re coming to enjoy the springs be aware that the head springs are 7 miles away and you can’t get there within the park. Your camping pass does get...
Army Corp campgrounds are always nice. Not much around here to do outside of boating however camping with full hook ups and nice view on the canal.
This campground is a perfect base camp for all the area offers. Frankly, there’s enough to do right in the park to keep you busy but it’s still close enough to a lot of activities outside the park as well. Campsites are full hook ups but lined up...
