There are multiple levels of Parking. You don’t have to go on the beach. Mid level has many tracks.
There is a dump on site , potable water , garbage cans, toilets and outdoor showers. Lots of space.
If you dont want the noise stay to the left side.

Showers are okay they squirt out like crazy, kinda annoying to shower.
There is a lot of sand at the bottom, be careful!
But annoyingly the bathrooms were not clean and haven’t been cleaned in a while.
The most we’ve ever paid for and the dirtiest ladies bathroom I have laid my eyes on.
The ladies bathroom had bloody tampons on the ground, the sink had hair clog everywhere, and there are clothes in the shower and in the ladies bathroom.
What did I pad my money for ????
30$ for the park fee (no one was at the booth, you had to pay)
14$ for camping

At first, we weren’t sure of going down to the sites, but were told by someone coming up the packed sandy road that everything was good up to the portable restrooms, after that it was sketchy as others had gotten stuck in the sand. We are a 35ft Class A motorhome and it worked for us - solid ground. We were disappointed there was no water around Lone Rock. Lake Powell has dropped 17 feet since last year. We are seniors and it only cost us $7 to stay overnight. It doesn’t come with any amenities other than looking at Lake Powell, at least what is left of it. ATT signal was 80 down and 16 up, so it was easy to stream. No OTA channels. For something to do, we walked along the edge of where the water once was.

I am sure my mistake could have been avoided just by scouting the terrain on foot. As soon as I got out of my van I knew I messed up.
To fully avoid just after you go thru the entrance there is a camping area, any rig should do fine there.

Second, constant wind advisories here. We had to bring in slides for fear of toppers being pulled off (up to 65 mph gusts). Despite all windows being closed, EVERYTHING is covered in sand. Piles of sand in our window, couch, bed, floors… I am nervous how it is going to affect slides and our generator in the future. Our RV and vehicles need to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out after staying here.
Because of the wind, sand piles up behind your RV and people are getting stuck.
The lake around lone rock is dry, however it is there to the right. The view is beautiful, but NOT worth the damage it can do to your rig.
ATT=good coverage
Verizon and T-Mobile- fair coverage. Meh.

Very happy with where we were, plenty of room. We had our fifth wheel and there were 5 or 6 other fifth wheels and smaller trailers in the same area. So, you will have neighbors here.
The water was still winterized, not sure when they will get it ready.
Dumpsters and dump were available.
Close to Page, AZ to enjoy the town.

We stayed in early March in the upper area near the dump station (was closed for the winter). It was a very good stay for us despite the low water levels.
Things to note: It's really hard to tell where the water is supposed to be but the lake is somewhere around 50 ft low. Down where the water is supposed to be, there is very deep sand in places. I really do not recommend going there. The "normal" beach was pretty hard packed and really would have been a good place to stay even with the low water levels. There are many good trails to get down there that I did not feel were terribly sandy but it would be a good idea to park up near the dump station and walk your route. Look at google maps to determine where the water level is supposed to be and I don't recommend going that low.
With all that said, we stayed up higher (near the dump station) because we felt the view was better and we had pretty good Verizon coverage there which was good enough for us to work while we stayed there.
Dumping was free at Wahweap campground not far away even though the dump station was closed for the winter.

Great for views and the fact that it's free. The dump was great but water was still shut off for the winter. No one was ever in the guard station and no payment was ever due. Not sure if that changes over the summer or if they simply no longer man it.
I'm in a 44' 5th wheel, 20k lbs and no issue going down to the "beach" level. I say beach as there are many levels to this place, every time the water drops obviously more "beach" becomes visible. Big rigs will have no issue going to the RV beach level. Where all the RVs are, can't miss it. I highly suggest taking the main road down to the beach and to NOT go to the left like previous reviews. At all the dumpsters by the last building, you'll continue straight. There is a slight right and many lefts. Keep taking the road that was pavement but turns into dirt / sand. This was always the best route in and out all the days I stayed. You can park back at the dump station area and scout it out too. With as windy as it gets, even if I go back I'll still unhitch and scout.
