This was a spectacular find right by the Grand Canyon! We stayed here in early December; weather was chilly but we just wore layers! The Grand Canyon south rim was only 15 minutes away.
No one else was at this spot, it was quiet and beautiful! We will definitely stay again.

Easy to find, 15 minutes from entrance to park. Private plenty of sites throughout the fire road system. Have paid alot more money for sites not near as nice, convenient and quiet. Dont pay to camp, stay here, dump at KOA on way out.

Great way to camp for free by the Grand Canyon. We stayed 3 nights, arriving on a Thursday. The site was easy to access but the road was pretty dusty, which is likely to be expected. There was some minimal litter at the site we stayed(site C). We had enough sun to use our solar, but also had plenty of trees for shade and hammocks! You can see your neighbors, but off in the distant. The site was quiet with minimal traffic on the road. Fire ban was in place when we camped. We did not seem to get cell reception at the camp but town was a short 10 minute drive. The town itself was extremely expensive so if you’re not trying spend, I would get all your supplies before arriving. We would definitely camp here again! The Grand Canyon itself was incredible.

Stayed here on my road trip for two nights. Great spots available and they are spaced out relatively well. I was in a camper van, but would like to note that it is accessible for larger vehicles and trailers.

Spent 2 days here with the kids. No animal sightings in the campsite and no people sightings either! :)
Easy drive in , just dusty but expected. took a turn off 1.1 miles in on the left on a small road. Super nice time, only two other cars drove by the 2 days we were there.

June 2020. Plenty of room, level spots, nice dirt road from the highway. Stayed about half mile from the highway, so there was a little bit of traffic noise, but not bad.

FR688 was graded while we were there. Wasn't terrible before, Better afterwards. Nearly impossible to go slow enough not to raise dust. Some folks pull off way too close to FR688 and got dusted every time. I would advise staying further back. There is a lot of DC around this area. We chose this because reviews on access. We drove around and looked at some of the other DC near by and have to agree. Sites pretty far a part unless someone pulls off on your little feeder.. My wife liked having cows around, just watch out for the cow pies and flies
