We stopped here to use the Hollis and do laundry. The laundry has one dirty machine that worked. The rest were out of order. The sewer connection was broken and loose. There was excessive traffic through the facility. Nope. Won’t be back.

Covered the basics and is very well maintained. The road coming in is busy and can be tough to pull out across traffic.

Quick 1 night stay Aug 31, 2023. Fast check in. Nice info packet upon arrival. They even had a free kitchen trash bag in it. They pick up trash at your site. Paved, not completely level, but close. Had enough room to stay hooked up to 36' 5th wheel, plus park a car sideways in front of truck. Just like all KOA's the place is well maintained and spotless restrooms. All employees kind and happy looking. Nice dog park. Had a 30lb propane tank filled at what I would consider a decent price. There were other amenities, but we didn't use them. A little bit of a noisy area, but we've been in worse. Would stay again.

Pricey KOAs should reflect that in their properties. This one does not. Stay at the Mt Pleasant KOA if you’re here as a tourist.
If you’re looking for an overnight stay, it’s fine albeit noisy (planes, trains, sirens, traffic, lights) which settles down mostly at night.

Right off I26, older campground, needs some better upkeep. Small sites and the sewer connection is right next to the picnic table. My site was grass and full of branches and other debris. It was however super level! Cost is too high for the campground condition.

Sites are not paved, so with heavy rain some will be virtually under water, while others fare better. Mostly sand, so be prepared for ants outside. We did not use the bathrooms, but the laundry facilities were acceptable. Cable was great, cell reception (Verizon and AT&T) was very spotty. Folks in the office were very receptive and helpful. Bottom line - I wouldn't shy away from this park if it's convenient to where you want to be for a short time, just ask for the best site you can get.

Some of the sewer connections are right next to the picnic tables, overall landscaping is tired, plus their are a few questionable RV's on site.. Not really sure why this is a Holiday instead of a Journey. However the restrooms' are very clean and were cleaned daily. The staff are great, The store is nicely stocked. They do pick up your trash when placed outside. Good cable TV. Satellite TV is a bit tricky due to trees. We would stay here again if in the area and while not perfect this is not a bad campground. We camped at Charleston KOA Holiday in a Fifth Wheel.
