"Campground Roads are Very Muddy"

This campground really needs some work. All roads were mud. Did not see an adult working, only high school and middle school kids. Kids did a good job finding us a less muddy site. Also, its about 3 miles from I-29 so no highway noise. Trees... Read more

"Top Notch State Park Campground"

Great park, campground is 3 miles past the gate but road is new. Bathrooms are excellent, clean, hot showers. Sites are pea gravel and level. Some hiking from the campground. Saw lots of deer. Marianna is about 15 minutes away with... Read more

"Lakeside Sites, several loops."

Another great COE park. Our site was on the end of the loop, so fairly close to neighbors. Lake was quiet, not a lot of boat traffic. We did not see any ants at the end of October. Bathrooms were good but a little old. AT&T cell service... Read more

"Beautiful Campground, Many Lakeside Sites"

This is our second time here, another great stay. Bathrooms are older but not too bad. Lots of squirrels in the campgounds. We didnt see any ants in mid-October. AT&T cell service was good, all bars of 4G.

"Wonderful State Park, Un-level Sites"

Great campground and park except that most sites are very un-level. Be sure to check the site description on their website. Site B106 was stated as 5% downgrade and that was accurate. It took 10 inches of blocks on the back end to level our 30'... Read more

"Peaceful Campground on the Caney Fork"

Our second time here. Site 25 is the best except there was a sewer leak at the nearly bathroom. Made sitting outside impossible. Site are level and well spaced. No noise. AT&T cell service is OK but spotty, 3 bars of 4G, we used the booster... Read more

"Beautiful Campground, Full of Deer and Golf Carts"

Only downside was that this campground is a golf cart mecca. They like to stop to talk and block the road and its a constant parade in front of your site. Campground is top notch. Bathrooms and shower were old but usable. Site 78 was dead flat... Read more

"Nice Campground, Many un-level sites, some close together"

Easy access from I-57. DO NOT reserve Site 28 or the two next to it, super downhill. Site 24 was level. Many sites are very much downhill especially those on the lake. Most sites are close together. Bathrooms and individual showers were... Read more

"Nice Campground, Well Spaced Sites"

Access from I-74 is about 7-8 miles, Hwy 54 is rough. Did not have to stop at office, drove to site and our tag was there. Site E2 is on a 6 site loop. Well spaced from your neighbors. The full hookup utilities (30 amp, water and sewer) worked... Read more

"Nice Campground in a Large State Forest"

Get your camping pass and vehicle sticker at the office. Wisconsin state parks require a vehicle sticker for your passenger car. Got an annual pass as it was cheaper. Good bathrooms and showers. Site 2 was level and had no nearby neighbors. ... Read more
