As far as people goes everyone seem to be having and polite. Not sure why folks feel the need to leave their lights on all night. I came to get away and see the stars, not to see RV lights, please turn them off so we can enjoy the dark.

Last minute reservations limited the sites available for our 32' toy hauler trailer. We ended up in a group site (a triple site #8) that had a long enough driveway. But, the access into the group sites is TIGHT and we found they did not have water available at the sites, only spigots located at the street. Electricity was available.
While I would not recommend or stay in any of the group sites again... the rest of the park was very nice. We were there on a weekend and it was completely full of weekend partiers from the city.
The lake is beautiful and there were a lot of boats and swimmers enjoying it. Bath houses were decent and kept well stocked by the staff of volunteers (always the case with COE, they're great).
Rangers were seen issuing parking tickets for violators leaving vehicles strewn about, but did not seem to address loud music and party lights that went late into the evenings. A few Sheriffs vehicles drove through the area too, but no problems that we observed.
For being close access to the cities, weekends like this were expected. I'm sure the park is totally different during the week. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy Beaver Lake.
Note: If using Waze or GPS navigation, avoid the 'best routes' and go with New Hope Rd from I49. The other routes were ridiculous with a truck/trailer. The highway to the park is narrow enough with lots of curves and rolling steep hills. Not undoable, but navigating neighborhoods in Rogers is no fun!

Overall we loved our weekend at site 165. Beautiful lake view with shade trees. The crowds were pretty heavy and the bathrooms were disgusting because of it! Toilet paper everywhere & knats everywhere! We would definitely go back but take our own portable potty.

Stay was awesome. We stayed at site 122. Great view, decently level site. Grass was a tad tall and bugs were bad out first night but I think it was because of all the rain. Great stay

We originally had reserved site 147 but a few days before our trip had to change our reservation because of the high water. Site 143 ended up being really great. We did have a little problem with the vultures doing some damage to our kayak so after that we turned it upside down when we were not using it. The site is very private on the right side and the left side would normally have people in those sites but we actually lucked out because of the high water the sites to the left were all closed.

Pros: Some sites on the lake. Close to Rogers, AR. Beautiful scenery and lake.
Cons: No water at some sites. Roads in are curvy. Lots of squirrels. Some vultures hanging around especially near sites 146 and 147.
AT&T Cell coverage is fair, 2-3 bars of 5G. Needed booster to stream without interuptions.

We waited to late to get a standard single site in the weekend. Kinda glad we did. We got a double site which wouldn’t allow the 1/2 price America the Beautiful price (bummer) since it was a double site. We had two adjacent double sites that were not used. We were not crowded at all unlike most other sites. Beautiful lake in all directions. We were on site 5 which was near the boundary of private property but still adjacent to heavy wooded area so really nice. Great place to walk the dog along the fence line down to the water. Many people had their boats. One really nice part of camp ground was closed due to high water levels. The area starting with site 59 looked to be spaced better. This a part goes out on a peninsula where some of the sites were flooded. That is the area I would have wanted to be if sites were available. I saw one bash house that had showers and a single flush toilet in men’s and women’s side. Others were vault toilets houses. We had to add water since most sites do not have water. Water is available from most locations thru shared faucet. A 100 ft hose would allow fill up from most site locations. We had great T-Mobile 5g wifi with only two bars had 500 meg reception.

Exactly where are you going to get something comparable to this for that kind of pricing?
There is no soap in the bathroom, which is a negative, and several of the sites appear difficult to access and may not be level.
But on a value for money basis how could this be less than five stars? Happy to come again!

Our first time in AR and we enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness here.
Sites are all slabs and level but some sites do have a steep entrance for smaller vehicles.
