New, no frills park. Easy on / off highway. First come, first served with drop box for the payment. No shade, thankful for 50 AMP as it was 97 when we arrived.

Easy on/off I-40. Small park, under construction. Easy reservations made online, good enroute stopover. Rate reflects W/E only site as we didn't need FHU for one night.

Nice being close to town without any highway noise. Sites were spacious for an RV park, laundry facilities were clean.

Good location for exploring Bandera Ice Caves, El Morro and El Mai Pais National Monument. Park had a lot of long term residents, but relatively clean sites. Entire park is dirt so it's very dusty.

There are really only a couple of sites large enough for a 38 foot 5th wheel and if the site behind us had not been empty both when we arrived and again when we left, I'm not sure we could have gotten into our site or out of it. The park is not... Read more
