This campground is for 18 and older. It's about a 20 minute drive to the Vegas strip.
This campground is clean, clean, clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. Very helpful.
I should probably give it five stars but I'm pretty choosy about giving out that fifth star.
Plenty of dog runs and stations and even a small dog bathing area.
The swimming pool has just been renovated and it was perfection even though we only used it once. The hot tub spa is currently being remodeled.
Our site was asphalt which of course is very very hot in Las Vegas. But of course this trip wasn't about sitting around the campground.
We paid about $35 a night with our Good Sam discount. It was the only bargain we got in Las Vegas, LOL.

The Staff Is Awesome. The Location Is Good. The a fact That It Is 100 Degrees Out And No Pool Is Ridiculous. Also, There Were Many RV’s Over 20 Years Old, A Violation Of Their Own Rules. In Addition Many Full Timers Had Junk Around That was also a violation

We are getting fed up with false advertising. Another, like most, without a Wi-Fi that is usable. Another with a drained pool that’s constantly being worked on so never full, according to full time residents. When I looked up this park on Apple Maps I looked at the park and noticed that the pool was empty. I thought maybe they were doing maintenance or something. No the pool is still drained and no hot tub to be seen. We where really looking forward to the hot tub….
If you want decent Wi-Fi you have to pay extra for it. Free Wi-Fi was a joke. Place is huge like most Rv parks in Vegas. Other reviews are spot on about it being a massive parking lot with hookups.
If you have pets the good news is they have a pet bath available and multiple dog runs that are set up with water bowls and bags to pickup 💩. Bad news is that almost everyone has dogs of all sizes. You may have to wait for a dog run to open but there is also a on leash dog area. Since it is a huge blacktopped parking lot they require all dogs use only those areas to relieve themselves. Pavement WILL BE too HOT during summer, April - October, months for your dog paws..Count on it.
The big positives for this place is the staff. Ultra professional and kind. It was a pleasure interacting with them. Security was on point as was how clean and quality of facilities, except for the pool and Wi-Fi.
Lots of people and expect it full as it is convenient and easy to get to Fremont or the strip.
Would we stay again, yes we will. Good price for short stays. We stayed two days, Friday and Saturday nights, “Off Season “ rate of $38 a night was unbeatable for the professional level of the staff. FELT SAFE AND WELCOME

We're here in March and the pool and hot tub are empty of water. No notice these amenities would not be available when we booked.
We don't have pets so the doggie park is of no interest.
The standard back-in sites along the outside of the "resort" are a parking lot with hookups. If you are located on the back street of the park, there's no way to access the showers and laundry facilities located in the next row up unless you walk way around. We're located directly in the middle of the back row so each way is long and there's no shuttle available. 😏😐
The premium and deluxe sites are a bit better.
The showers have been updated and are clean.
Honestly, I have no one to blame but myself for trying to save a few dollars by not staying at the KOA down the way.

The park was patrolled, and we felt safe leaving our belongings in the back of our truck. The showers were single and very clean, water pressure was great. We were able to sight see a bit in Vegas, as the resort was close to everything. There was wifi and great cell service. The laundry facilities were clean and well kept. Our only dislike was the dog park/potty area. Our dogs are pretty picky and wouldn't walk on the gravel, or use the park to potty. Not a big deal, we were able to walk them and they did their business. The park was also right behind our camper, so we had to hear barking and conversations all day/night. Overall, a great park, we would absolutely stay here again.

There is ALWAYS a guard at the gate and he does check the pass before letting people in… the staff was SUPER friendly and kind!
The inside of the RV park does feel safe with lots of staff around on golf carts.. Outside the RV park is another story… I wouldn’t walk the street..
The pool is actually really nice for an RV park and the laundry rooms were clean!
1,000% not dog friendly- the designated dog areas are gravel so to hot all day to use… We had to take them at 6AM and after dark… There is also SO many dogs since the place is 300+ sites we found ourselves always waiting for an open area even at those times.
If full timers bother you then this so not the place for you! I’d say 45% of the spots were permanent residents - porches and all! I didn’t find any other them to be “junky or trashy” all seemed fairly tidy and We had no issue with them 😁
Be mindful of where you book - they have maybe 20 spots at the entrance OUTSIDE the gate that I would NOT stay at all - completely open to the street and anyone walking by.
The internet was by far the BEST I’ve had at a park so far! We never had to set ours up and I was able to work all week off of the parks Wi-Fi which has never happened for us before!

There are lots of really nice rigs with pride of ownership from most of the people staying there. This is a typical parking lot style RV park but the sites are spacious enough that we could park our toad easily beside our RV and there was plenty of room for slides and a picnic table. We only stayed for one night. The Vegas Strip is about a 10-15 minute drive away. If we pass through Las Vegas again, we would definitely stay here again.

One interesting thing to point out is that your dogs are only allowed to do their business in designated areas (they said this is because they don’t get enough rain to wash it away from other places) which is both annoying when your spot is a good 5 minute walk away but also great because you meet so many people. There’s a few scattered leash needed areas throughout the park and one central off leash dog park area that actually has 4 separate sections, usually you can get a section entirely to yourself if you want your dog to focus and not play. There’s also a woman there called the dog nanny that will take your dog to the park for you or watch him while you are away, she operates on tips only.
The pool is nice, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay, the laundry rooms are nice and relatively cheap ($1.75 wash, $1.25 dry) although for the size of the park there’s not a ton of machines so there can be a wait.
We had excellent cell service and had no trouble working. The park does offer WiFi but we never tried it.
