Large relatively flat grass lot between baseball fields, aquatic park and train tracks. In our opinion it’s not worth $20 a night maybe $10. That’s why we only stayed 2. There is a dump station.

The dump stands over a foot high and is behind a curb so definitely a 2 person job and you still won’t get completely empty. No potable water and they get you for $10 for your trouble.
