Awesome campground. Clean showers and bathrooms. Camp hosts were helpful. Hiking trails, visitors center abs lake. We stumbled on this by accident, but we’re pleasantly surprised
This park has so many amenities. The showers abs bathrooms were super clean. Staff was helpful. There is an adventure course, but you need advance reservations so plan ahead. We did not visit the pool, but it looked nice (costs extra). Great...

Our site was next to the dunes. Short walk to the beach. Sites were a little close together. Warm water showers were a sis me and bathrooms were clean. Camping here is all about the location. Park staff were very friendly.
It had just rained when we arrived. Campsites were quite soggy, but there isn’t much you can do about that. Showers and bathrooms were clean. The dumpsters are only located near dump station. There aren’t any near the campsites.
The sites were private. It hasn’t the easiest campsite to get to, but it is only about $45 from The Biltmore and Asheville. Nice river for fishing. Only one shower facility that was not located in our camping ring, but it was nice.
We stayed here one night. Sites were pretty and spaced out. It has an amazing disc golf course. There us an extra fee for the pool and slide. Only negative was the lady at the park office was a tad rude.
We loved this campground. The camp hosts were so helpful. The gorge is beautiful and the visitors center is fantastic. I wish we had planned more time here to explore.
