As others have said, the spots are wide but sloping, and there’s no potable water. Otherwise, very comfortable and clean.
Like its twin across the street, this rest area doesn’t actually feature a dump station, and there’s a 3-hour limit at rest stops in SD.

Not a fantastic dump situation, but they do seem to offer overnight camping for customers.
...and no camping either in the state of SD! Bust!
I see some picnic tables and a nicely kept, very tiny park, but no parking lot or any discernible way to get into it. Small hospital right across the street. Wide residential streets that you could probably park your larger rig on for the night,...
Hard to beat anything that has “FREE OVERNITE PARKING” in big stencils everywhere. The park is pretty well-kept and has a nice playground and basketball court — volleyball court too, sans net. The parking lot is small and probably a tight squeeze...
Wish they had a dump station, but $20/night right at the foot of Devil’s Tower is pretty darn good. Prairie dogs right around the corner!
There are only 8 sites in this campground — 7 and 8 are right next to each other and the best ones. 6 is also decent. The others are woefully unlevel or oddly placed. $28/night feels steep — make sure you procure a campsite you like before...
As others have said, this stay was a welcome respite from boondocking in the area. Shady and walkable. I wouldn’t want to be here during peak season — the sites are very close together — but it’s great for a day in mid-September.
Well-kept; some highway noise. Easy to find. Wasn’t crazy about the cul-de-sac layout of the rear loop... I like a bit more visibility at my campsites.
