This is city water, so no reason you could not fill your fresh tank, since you are using your own hose anyway. When entering, drive immediately in front of the store, then go right around the pumps, which puts the dump station on your driver's side.

"Handy, but no flush"

We used this free dump station, which is very accessible behind the building. However, there is no faucet allowing for hose hookup to black tank flush, and the rinse hose leaks badly. See photo.
