Overall Rating

There are very few options for camping or overnight parking when crossing the Navajo Nation, but this turned out to be a great choice. It is 27 miles north of the Four Corners monument (which, on June 22, 2021, is still Covid closed like most things controlled by the tribe, including Navajo National Monument).

We arrived in the dark, and pulled in to the very large truck parking area off E. Mike Washington Road. There were several other RVs already there, congregated at the west end, which meant very little truck noise. We joined them, and had a peaceful night's sleep. The lot is paved and gently slopped, which was easily fixed by our Anderson levelers. There is almost no trash, and the view to the west is quite nice. There is no limit on rig size, as evidenced by our neighbor in the triple axle 5th wheel toy hauler!

Open Signal shows 45Mbps down and 23 Mbps up, with 75ms latency on Verizon, so connectivity is very good.
