"Great Location for Exploring"

The ice cream truck just breezed through. Early morning it gets a bit noisy as the hunters gather their hunting dogs and head out in hopes of bagging a big one. We enjoyed biking around the large lake where several fishermen were drifting over the... Read more

"Late Night Stop"

I don't feel very qualified to give this a clear rating but wanted to at least share my experience. Calling their office at 7pm they confirmed they had a site available in the field. Knowing we were in a motor home, he explained that Exit 12... Read more

"30 foot maximum."

Sad we could not stay because of our size. Perfect location to visit the ovens. We were politely directed out.

"Surrounded by Water"

Let's get the downside over first. There are a limited number of full service sites. Now for the positives. Large sites with lots of room between sites. Nice bathhouse at the end of the B Loop. The tent sites are right by the water. Take a walk... Read more

"Convenient Location "

This is a trailer park with mostly permanent residents. The roads are potted out and because there were several days of rain, a mud hole. LOUD parties on either sides of us (two different nights) lasted until past 3 am. There was no consideration... Read more

"Perfect Location for Our Needs"

Beautiful campground with spacious, level sites set with gravel and plenty of green space. The outer loop is set in the trees although we didn't camp there due to it being the buggy season.

"Don't trust GPS"

"You have arrived." We were looking at grassy fields on both sides of the road. This was after driving 20 miles through country roads. When we finally found the park we paid the weekend rate of $24 to park in a semi-muddy site with mosquitos, no... Read more

"Spacious Sites Great for Big Rigs"

Open year round in an area where it can get cold in the winter. Full hookups with insulated water pipes, as well as cable hookups and WiFi. It is located about 1/2 mile from highway but traffic noise didn’t bother me and I usually hear everything.... Read more

"A Little Confusing "

I had to read the other reviews a couple of times to get the jest of how it works. Here's the breakdown. 1. Park your rig in the convenience store parking lot. 2. Unhook your vehicle and drive across the traffic circle to the casino. 3. Sign up... Read more

"Surprising Little Jewel"

I thought for sure I had missed the cost when I saw the level gravel sites, picnic tables, fire rings, and pit toilet. There is no water, electric or WiFi but it's free so what do you expect, but get this, there are two sites with fenced corrals... Read more
