"Winter stay"

Stayed here passing thru KS on a pretty cold night. Plug in and water were available at the site. It was an open grassland type site. Woke, opened the blind by the bed and saw a fox catch a mouse right outside the window. Also saw a rough... Read more

"End of season stay"

We came here with no reservations and got a lakeside spot on the last Wednesday night of the season. The site was gorgeous. Right next to the lake, and the weather was gorgeous too. This would be a fantastic campsite to score in peak season,... Read more

"Very personable campground owner"

Denise is super nice. We pass through a couple of times a year to visit family in Quincy and our stay there has always been great.

"Excellent, gorgeous leaf changing"

We camped on Friday, Sept 18,2020. Pandemic and wildfire summer. The maple leaves were changing red, the stream was still flowing strong. It’s at about 6000 feet elevation, 15 miles from I-70, and 20 minutes. Paved roads. There are no trash... Read more

"Great spot."

It’s a small dispersed camping area with a nice toilet. In our dodge truck pulling our 30 foot travel trailer it was tight turning around, but we managed. There were two other campers there. It was a Monday night. It cools down nicely at night.... Read more
