Called ahead and made sure the dump station and water was available and they both were. Experience was fantastic for us. Water is available at the dump station and next to the pumps. All potable.

Great for big rigs and easy access. We decided to stop over on our way to Carlsbad Caverns. Arrived at sundown and thought for sure that during the Memorial Day weekend it would be a bit crowded but we were the only ones here. Very easy to get in...
