Campground is closed. Area is beautiful and there were good pull offs to camp in but most were occupied by long term residents/encampments. We pulled in after sunset just before the sun went down and came upon some sketchy characters. Obvious drug use/abuse going on. People ducking out of site/hiding when we came through. I have a senior pass - normal fee is $10. The road to the campground is very pitted - drive slowly. NO cell. Mark is a friendly and attentive camp host for this small campground.
