This is a long term (Month to month) over 55 Park. We arrived and followed the manager to our pull through site. He was very helpful and offered to help us set up. Small pets are welcomed, 2 is the limit. We've had a pleasant experience with our neighbors and everyone is friendly. The park is about a mile from the Port of Brooking... more
This is a long term (Month to month) over 55 Park. We arrived and followed the manager to our pull through site. He was very helpful and offered to help us set up. Small pets are welcomed, 2 is the limit.
We've had a pleasant experience with our neighbors and everyone is friendly. The park is about a mile from the Port of Brookings Harbor with very easy access.

Unpleasant experience. I planned on staying for 2-3 months as I am a traveling nurse. The old men in this park were racist and intrusive so I left for The Driftwood, which was more expensive, but more welcoming. The mgr was unhelpful when I told him I was uncomfortable with the treatment I received. I would not recommend this place to ... more
Unpleasant experience. I planned on staying for 2-3 months as I am a traveling nurse. The old men in this park were racist and intrusive so I left for The Driftwood, which was more expensive, but more welcoming. The mgr was unhelpful when I told him I was uncomfortable with the treatment I received. I would not recommend this place to women or minorities. There were some nice people, but too many drunken old men who like to intimidate women who are single. This was not acceptable on any level.
