As has been said- there is NO potable water here. The dump site is clean and easy access, but not really any point if you can't get water. The Exxon up the street has a dump station and potable.

It is an easy in and out and a good place to dump. $10 is fair. Be prepared though so you don’t make multiple trips inside. Not only do you pay $10 but you must leave your drivers license with them to get the key. Then you also need a code from the cashier if you need to use their restroom. so to avoid multiple trips to the long line a... more

Not only do you pay $10 but you must leave your drivers license with them to get the key. Cost $10 and they keep it locked, you have to go inside and give them your ID and pay to unlock it and then go back and get your ID when you are done. Only non-potable available and no hose connection for it.
We were told The Hanging Tree is another option in town but $15 to dump and $5 to fill up to 50 gallons

“No garden hose hook up”

Had to go elsewhere. There is potable water but you can’t hook a garden hose to it and their hose isn’t long enough so we were unable to flush out our black tank.

Overall Rating
The dump inlet is locked and a sign says $10. Non-potable water available. I couldn't find another dump in Montrose CO, but Delta CO has options. We didn't pay the $10 and decided to fill up our RV fuel tank at another gas station. $5 for dump is the maximum we will pay.
