"Easy access dump + water"

I stumbled upon this dump station with water. Later I realized that every AL rest stop I visited had a dump station. You can park overnight at the rest areas too, but you cannot park overnight at a welcome center.

"Quiet, safe, easy"

The dirt road in is 2 miles, NOT 20. Dirt road is better than any two months in AL, FL, MI, TX, AZ, NM, CA. About a dozen places to camp (not organized) and the road in ends a the same road you turn off.

"Can't get certified propane employee to show up "

4x in front of us waiting for the certified propane employee to show up a 3 pm. We gave up at 3:15 pm and spent no money here because of it. No way to run a business.
