I didn’t stay here but was in the area and drove in to check it out as I didn’t see any reviews. I’m glad I did because this site should have a warning attached before somebody tries to bring a trailer in here.
TL;DR - This should be considered a only for high-clearance vehicles no bigger than a van.
Road 2S25B, where this camping spot supposedly is, dead-ends after about 1/4 mile. A well graded dirt road (2S25) that just about any rig should be able to navigate brings you to the turnoff, this is where it gets interesting.
There’s a small fire ring where 2S25B branches off from 2S25. If you had a large rig I suppose you could park at the intersection and use the road itself as your spot but blocking even a short-ish dead-end road like that seems like a sleazy move.
There are no pull-outs along 2S25B and nowhere to turn around until you reach the end. Once you’re on it you’re committed.
This road must not be used often because there is brush growing right down the middle of it. If you don’t have high clearance you’ll be plowing up bushes with your bumper. Remember this is high desert so setting these bushes on fire with your hot exhaust pipe is also a real threat for low clearance vehicles. Please don’t disappoint Smokey the Bear.
The road ends in a sort of short Y with each leg big enough for just one vehicle. You might be able to pull off a K turn here with a very short trailer but that’s about it.
Other than the access issues it’s just a lonely dead-end in the middle of the forest. I doubt anybody else will ever know you’re there.
