We stopped by to scope it out. Easy access for big rigs. Less privacy between sites but regular campground layout. Dirt road and small creek nearby.

It's marked as closed for the season, and the entrance is blocked off. It looks like a nice campground with some really pretty water views and some water access on foot (though it's not enough for swimming - more like just getting your toes cool). The sites are spacious and there was a lot of variety in them, but not really any visual barriers between sites. It was deserted when we were there, so it's hard to imagine what it's like filled with campers. But empty, it sure was pretty. 😁
It looked like easy access for even big rigs. Right now, we are boondocking just up the street along Owens River Rd in our 38' motorhome though. Thankfully those forest roads are open and we found a spot that works for solar! :)

Free, large sites, easy to get into with 35ft 5th wheel. No water or Trash. clean bathrooms. Camp host, clean sites, stream right by the campground, no city or hwy noise. Busier on the weekends. Close to lots of site seeing in the area, ATV trails, Free water at the rest stop on 395 just a couple of miles away.

The road has big pot holes when you enter and is very uneven ....difficult to park .. dead mans camping area is easier to access and has two camp areas with plenty of camp sites and level ground.
