I saw reference to this not being good for RVs but could you navigate with a teardrop in/out of these sites?

I wouldn’t recommend this spot to people with a motorhome or 5th wheel. It’s really just a stop over point for a car or van. Nothing to see, no pretty fall colors, no view of water from sites. However, it is kind of like pulling of the side of the road to camp. Few cars coming and going. Would be good for a travel stop to somewhere else.

I stayed at the big site where the water runs over the road. Sounds like you're parked on the beach at night. There is a stream to cross as you enter, so big rigs won't really do. The road is also very tight so it's difficult to turn around. The night I was there a tree had fallen over the road, and thankfully I had a chainsaw to clear the way. No ATT service.

The scenery was very beautiful but many sites had lots of trash left behind. The road had some pot holes and was narrow in spots but we had no problem in the long and tall navigating through all but the last 1/4 of the road( we parked before that section). Near the entrance you do have to cross the creek but the creek bed is lined with bricks and the water isn’t very high, we had no problem with the crossing.

Great spot to spend the night. We got in around noon and had the place to ourselves. Stayed at the base of the falls. Site was huge. We saw 3 cars total. Hiked up the falls and around the area. Would highly recommend. Did see sites a/b were covered in trash.

I showed up around 3 pm on a Thursday at the end of June and all but one site was already taken. To note, from the first site to the last is about 2 and a half miles, they are very spread out. And I’m not sure how a camper would do here. I took my Subaru Outback and there are steep portions and rugs and you have to drive through a brick pathway through a stream. They all have fire pits, no bathrooms, no cell service, but it’s a nice getaway pretty deep into the forest.

Can be busy during the summer months. locals like the area to swim in the falls. we did. Quiet and peaceful at night. campsites are spread out so you have privacy. No restrooms or showers. the woods and River is your only reprieve.

Inside Georgia's Chattahoochee National Forest you'll find Dick Creek Falls, aka Waters Falls, and a free camping area with dispersed primitive sites. There's parking for the Falls just before you enter the camping area with just a few spots for the day trippers that visit.
We drove in our then 2003 VW Passat Wagon just days after a major week of rain this past November 2018. I had GPS all the way up until you actually reach the location so be prepared for no cell service.
Camping is just past the falls on the only road in and out. There is a single road that hugs the falls and the mountain. Be aware of the poor road conditions, uneven dirt and gravel road, water, rocks, potholes. etc. We were able to maneuver around most of them but there are those holes you can't avoid. Luckily in our then front wheel drive wagon, we only bottomed out once for a brief second. We did cross our fingers before successfully making it through a paved brick section that required us to drive through about a foot and a half of running water. Any 4 wheel drive is preferred but not 100% necessary for reaching the camping spots.
There are several dispersed camping spots A - K but not all of them are clearly marked. The markers are lettered thin rails that poke up from the ground just before an open clearing to turn off into that designated campsite. They are easy to miss so keep an eye out, and try to get in during daylight hours. Some sites are closer to viewing the numerous trails of water throughout the mountain. The higher up you go the further from the sound and view of water you are.
We stayed one night on a Sat. - Sun and not many people. We saw roughly 10+/- the whole time and a few cars that passed the site. Luckily, the sites are private and everyone kept to themselves. Even in November, I couldn't see anyone's campsite unless we were to drive past on the way up or out. We camped at an open spot off to the right, letter H still within sight & earshot of the water and rolled in around noonish. This clearing was one that gave us plenty of open space and sunlight on our car during the day. You may want or need to do about 3-5 minutes of clean up before relaxing and exploring. Not everyone is as respectful as I'd like. We mostly saw beer cans, and cigarette butts and a few food wrappers. After we set up our tent we went for a nice walk around. from our site it was a good short hike to the top around the letter K. If you walk towards the entrance you'll really get a chance to enjoy the falls that stretch a good long way down.
Each site has a designated fire ring and gravel tent platform. The highlight for me was the seclusion, the white noise of the falls, all the stars, and cooking over the fire. Just to set the tone I want to mention we dined on steak in red wine and a garlic butter sauce cooked over an open fire. Talk about a good time!!! It was a very cold night so come prepared.
We have since invested in a 4x4 and I can't wait to visit again. Also, I would come back in the warmer month and enjoy swimming and fishing in the falls. Some areas are noticeably over 4 foot deep and go on for miles. It was a trip we plan on making again soon.
PLEASE PACK OUT WHAT YOU PACK IN. THERE'S NO DUMP STATION HERE.
