Grand Canyon RV Parks

Grand Canyon is one of the most famous national parks in the U.S. Its majestic beauty is unrivaled, and there are plenty of activities here to keep you busy. If you're planning on visiting the Grand Canyon, the following two RV parks are worth checking out.

Grand Canyon Camper Village is the only RV park at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. It's situated just 1 mile from the park entrance, making it a convenient place to stay. The park has electric hookups and can accommodate RVs up to 40 feet in length. There are also cabins available for rent if you're not traveling in an RV.

Kaibab Camper Village is located in northern Arizona at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. This park is smaller than Grand Canyon Camper Village, with only 38 RV campsites. But it's also much quieter and more scenic, making it a great choice if you're looking for peace and serenity. Both parks offer WiFi, laundry facilities, and showers.

Flagstaff RV Parks

Flagstaff is a popular stop on the way to the Grand Canyon, and there are several RV campgrounds in the area to choose from. Flagstaff KOA is one of the best RV parks in Flagstaff, and it's easy to see why. This spacious campground has almost 200 sites with full hookups, and it offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, playground, and dog park.

If you're looking for something a little smaller and more off the beaten path, check out Greer's Pine Shadows RV Park. This park has 81 sites, is located in a beautiful pine forest, and offers plenty of peace. It also has full hookups and WiFi.

Sedona RV Parks

If you're looking to explore the red rocks of Sedona, there are several RV parks in the area. Rancho Sedona RV Park is a pet-friendly RV resort with 84 sites and all the amenities you need, including WiFi, laundry facilities, and a swimming pool.

Another option is Oak Creek Mobilodge. This park has a more rustic feel, with cabins instead of traditional RV sites. But it's located right on Oak Creek, giving you easy access to some of the most beautiful scenery in Sedona.

Tucson RV Parks

Tucson is a great place to stay if you want to explore southern Arizona. There are several RV parks in the area, but one of the best is Lazydays KOA. This park has more than 400 sites and offers a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

If you're looking for RV camping near Saguaro National Park, check out Desert Trails 40+ RV Park. This park is specifically designed for adults aged 40 and over. It's smaller than some of the other parks in Tucson, has 225 sites, and has all the amenities you'll need, including WiFi and laundry facilities.

"Lucky if you can get a spot here"

We were traveling through and were able to make a 2 night reservation. There are 13 spots here and all are booked for the five (5) month season by repeat renters. We got Our spot only because the seasonal renters had not yet arrived. It's a lovely place with some shade and big pine trees. There are no shower and laundry facilities for campers. ...

"No staff but Amazing Campground"

active staractive staractive staractive staractive star
This campground is outstanding. It was great for our overnight stay. We registered and paid on line. The campground looks brand new. It has plenty of gravel so you don’t battle the red dirt which is so prevalent in southern Utah. The electric and water services are in great and like new conditions. Every site has a sewer hookup. The view of the...

"One of the best Thousand Trails!"

active staractive staractive staractive staractive star
We have stayed at many Thousand Trails and this is one of the best ones. Staff is really friendly and the area is just breathtaking. We loved the fact that the lodges opened early and closed late giving us plenty of time to use it. We used the paid WIFI which gave us about 5Mbps but at the top of the park, we got decent cell activity.

"Real nice staff. Especially Tom at the gate! Don't have anything bad to say."

I found this resort on campendium. Drove up to the gate, pull through spot, payed for 2 weeks, then extended my stay full month. They gave me a monthly rate at that point, so I saved. Internet works fine. Park is full of friendly people!
