This RV park is great for a short stay to refresh the RV and yourself in between boondocking. For $37.00 per night for water & electric only, with free access to dump, you also get plenty of amenities: a heated pool, hot tub, showers, golf course, rec rooms, and laundry facilities with eight washers and eight dryers.

During two separate visits, the staff was friendly and accommodating in order to get us into a preferred spot rather than the one they reserved for us. While short-term visitors are placed near the entrance and social areas, making it a noisy, bustling spot, the RV park is in a city; therefore it’s inundated with highway and railroad traffic, making the noise factor inevitable. But the accessibility to a wide variety of stores is a perk.

Aside from the noise, the only complaints to be had are:
1) The smell of manure that wafts through the entire area every evening, with some corners of the park having it more strongly than others.
2) The lack of dry benches or shelves in the shower stalls to store belongings and keep them dry. (The bathrooms are very well-maintained, though.)
3) Personal internet devices consistently had four bars, but the internet speed was quite slow, functioning more along the level of two-bars.

They do accept campers under 55.

This is a good place if you are passing through. Most of the “campers” here are snowbirds. They live here and most know each other. We got a spot in the gravel parking lot near the road. Not so great for hanging out or sleeping. The road can be noisy and the street lights are bright. But there is a 9 hole golf course and a big pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. Big rig friendly.
