Great friendly campground located about a mile from the historic district. Good wifi but cell signal was weak as the park sits in low spot . Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Pool was exceptional!

Came a few days before Christmas for a quick get away. Nice park, quiet & friendly. Good location near Tombstone. They delivered our firewood & drum to burn, which was nice. Would stay again. Age 49, 51 and 77.

The hosts are wonderful, everything here is clean and in working order from the pool to the laundry facilities. The location is 2 min from Tombstone if you want to drive or take the shuttle they offer for free into town and back.

Space was comfortable size, park is well maintained with clean facilities. Easy access to Tombstone and about 30 minutes from Bisbee. WiFi can be slow during peak usage. No TV service.

We arrived after dark and were met at the office to be shown to our spot, very nice. If we were staying longer we would have taken advantage of the heated pool and nice park. Level spot.
Nice location to head on in to Tombstone and enjoy the great town. Wifi was iffy. Park manager was very nice. Would stay again.

Very nice rec room, clean bathrooms. Pool area looks nice but we didn't use it (since it snowed during our stay!). The 50a had blown out on a few sites the day before we got there. They didn't know ours was out too. As promised they had it repaired quickly. Friendly reservation and check-in. Fairly wide site. Shuttle to Tombstone is a nice touch, though we didn't use it.

Have stayed here twice in the cabins. Was very pleased with the accommodations. Nice and clean with friendly staff. Would recommend this RV park over any other in the area. Looking forward to my next stay. Maybe will try the cowboy hotel next time.

This campground has great hosts, outstanding amenities and is the cleanest and most upkept campground I have ever stayed in. The prices are for full hookup sites and included an extra adult (nephew). The showers were impeccable and cleaned on a daily basis. Water pressure is a bit low, but did the job. The pool is nice and a welcome amenity after a hot day of sightseeing in the area.
Located approximately 20 miles from Sierra Vista (WalMart/Lowe’s, etc), approximately 30 miles from Benson and 22 miles from Bisbee, and 45 miles from Parker Lake and Patagonia.
The WiFi works well, but is not for streaming and can be slow when the campground is full. We have AT&T for cell service and it was sketchy at times, and great at others.

This is definitely the best choice of the private RV parks in the area. It's a little too far to walk to Tombstone, but we had no trouble parking in town. Just be patient & drive a round a bit. Be sure to heed the private, no parking signs at residences. The folks running the park are very nice & accommodating & laundry facility was nice & clean. The wifi was shockingly good. There obviously were some long term residents, but their sites were decorated very nicely & not junky. We did not use the pool as it was quite chilly there in mid-February (our water line froze at night). Be sure to call ahead when making a reservation. This place was full all 4 nights we were there. I also highly recommend taking Dr Jay's walking tour of historic Tombstone. He & his wife were knowledgeable and totally delightful! It was $20/person for 90 minutes of pure entertainment.. The rate reflects our Good Sam discount with a dog.

This RV site was a great place to camp. The sites are large, much larger than some other RV parks. We have our Rockwood Roo with us and had plenty of space. The only thing that's annoying is that they charge you for each extra person and dog you have with us. We only had one other person and our dog, but that's why they charged us $42 a night. Otherwise, I think it would have been $36 a night for 2 people. It was an additional $5 a person and $1 per dog per night.
But, it's a large campground, yes, there were long term people here who were super friendly. Everyone working and staying here was friendly. Sometimes, that can just make your vacation! It's a short walk to town, only 1.5 miles, so if you can walk, that's great. Otherwise, they provide a shuttle for you. The campground itself is also very clean and well kept.
Showers and bathrooms were clean, spacious. They have a rec room with a ping pong table you can play, and a kitchen, so if you wanted to have a party, you could use that space. I'm not sure if that cost more or not. They have several washer/dryers as well. The pool is heated during the winter months, and it was 85 when we were there, even though it got down to 40 degrees at night.
You can rent a fire pit and they have wood to buy. The wifi does go in and out, but it works.
Our arrival was smooth. They even called us about 5:30 to ensure we were coming as their office would be closing. We were just 5 minutes outside of the campground, they checked us in and guided us in our pull through spot.
I didn't think there was ever any excess noise. The sites were clean, close to town, very large and comfortable.
All in all, it's probably the best RV in Tombstone, and we loved our stay!
