We Have Been Staying at This KOA For Almost A Year! VERY NICE PLACE! Spacious Lots Between The Rigs; 2 Pools; 2 Laundry Bldg; Mini Store; Restaurant And Social Areas. Very Reliable Electricity Even During Pick Of Summer!
We have 44ft 5th wheel; there are plenty of rigs that are longer! Huge dog park. Very very clean!

I haven’t stayed in many KOA campgrounds, but this is by far my favorite. They have a variety of RV campsites (according to their map 16 types). Back in, pull through, covered, patio sky decks, paw pens, buddy sites, grass, young explorer, fire features, etc. In addition, they have cabins and tent sites as well. Prices vary greatly by site type.
The campground has 2 pools, pickleball courts, a fitness room, a BBQ restaurant, nature pond, mini golf, playground, tiny library, small store, multiple pet areas, restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, community fire pits, and other activities.
Site 1555 was a standard back in spot (I think it’s their cheapest). Site has rocks with a concrete patio, wrought iron picnic table with chairs, and an asphalt pad in front of the concrete. Some people park their vehicles on the asphalt pad, others park on the rocks between the concrete pad and the neighbors RV. There’s also fruit trees at many of the sites. Campers are allowed to pick the fruit. In fact, they had a box up near the office with free fruit for people to grab. For being a private park the space between the sites seems adequate. Utilities worked well. When you need to dispose of trash just bag it up and put it out at your site. Staff members pick up trash throughout the day.
Good Verizon signal. Was able to talk, text, search internet, and stream videos.
I wish I had more time to spend here on this trip. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Also, there is access to the 131 mile Tucson Bike Loop near the campground.

The site was gravel & level with a cement patio with a patio set. While the rest of the park was full, we had no neighbors. Our site had citrus trees with lemons & grapefruits. The smell was wonderful. We had full hook ups. Cable TV didn't work great, but the internet connection was good. This property has 2 swimming pools, 2 laundry rooms, playgrounds, huge dog park, basketball court and I'm sure more that I didn't check out. Sunday morning they had a pancake breakfast. We didn't try the BBQ restaurant. We were close enough to downtown to drive in for a folk music festival. Wanted to mention that check in was busy so they were asking the drivers to stay with the rig and have the passenger go in to register. Very organized and easy.

Stayed here while at a youth soccer tournament over a weekend. Great proximity to Kino sports complex, maybe 1 mile away. On the industrial side of the highway so the surrounding area is very commercial, lots of barb-wire, lots of questions. However, not once did we feel uneasy about our stay. The park and staff were EXTREMELY friendly! Sites were mostly level and very clean. We chose one of the dog fenced sites with fire pit. It was very convenient with dog fencing, table/chairs and bench around of the fire pit. This made setting up and breaking down very easy. Two pools and very very dog accommodating. Trash pickup multiple times a day was great. Restaurant on site had great pizza and wings. Will stay here again the next time we visit the area for sport or play.

Good location to visit the National parks and mountains nearby! Very well maintained but also very very crowded! Note this is a giant gravel parking lot! The dog areas are super small but there is a large nice dog area at the very front of the park

Honestly this park has literally everything. There are spots with personal fenced in dog areas, spots with putt putt, and some spots with children’s play sets (slides, swings, etc).
Spots are level, easy/well placed hook-ups, good Wi-Fi.

Lighting, electric, water, large sink, fire pit, storage locker and nice tent pad which I didn’t use as I have a truck mounted rack tent. But these were well thought out. Only problem is for a huge KOA, there are only 4 tent sites. Dog park was nice. People were friendly and bathrooms were clean.

Great park. Spent 4 days here. Had a covered site (great as we were visiting in July/August). The kids swam each day. Staff were very helpful. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

This was the first KOA we’ve stayed at that we felt could be called a resort, which probably means more about the other KOAs we’ve stayed at than this one. This place is set up to deal with rigs of all sizes. Most sites seemed very level. We utilized the on-site laundry and picked up dinner one night from the on-site BBQ place (very good sticky wings and mac). We were on a row next to the covered sites. While the shade may have been a good idea in the heat, from our position it seemed like the AC units echoed off the shade structure and may have been loud underneath. The largest dog park was near the entry which was a walk from our site in the heat. The smaller dog parks had a nice grassy spot for our dog to enjoy. We chose this campground based on location to the Saguaro Parks and Mt Lemmon and it worked well for our activities while in Tucson. There is a Target and all sorts of suburbia just a few minutes away if needed.
