Yes you can definitely park to get good solar.

I agree with the others. The area at the end for RV does have trees. We used are Solar Panels down there and oriented them to the sun the best we could. We got sun, but not all day sun. You can park in other areas to get more sun.

There are trees all around the camping area but there's plenty of spaces where you could set up for solar. The two days that I was there last year, it rained at the entire time.

If I remember correctly the RV pkg area was against a stand of trees and down a hill so I think solar might be limited. Having said that, you may be able to reorient your rig at the rv area to take advantage of mid day sun. The tent area was more open and solar would have been good. We don't use our solar too much so didn't focus on it.
