A hidden gem. Stayed an extra night given cleanliness, friendly service and pleasant environs. Multi-channel cable was superb. Several long-term RVs were present, some unoccupied, but none appeared neglected.

We stopped for a quick overnight on our way to the Smoky Mountains to have a warm shower and full hookup. Great customer service and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!
