Anything longer than 35ft required a premium site.
We are only passing through so we didn't get to really enjoy the area but our site is very well kept and the staff has been very friendly.

The checkin was very easy and they led us to our spot. The spots are tight, but not any worse than a KOA, and we had grass and trees at our site. The trees prevented us from using our roof satellite, but our portable worked. Many other sites had no problems with their satellite.
They have a small campstore and sell firewood, they also have a pool and workout room. We didn’t use the facilities, so I can’t say how they were, but the pool looked nice.
They are very convenient to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, etc. and downtown Chattanooga.
We were very comfortable here and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Large campground with relatively new owners. Easy on/off from I-24. Raccoon Mountain Caverns located on the property, so you don't have to travel far to find something unusual to do. Seems popular with kid camping groups on the weekends. There is a good dog park, plus hiking trails nearby. Campground has nice facilities, including pool and exercise room. Looked like most of the short term sites were pull-thru. All sites are gravel. Shade trees, picnic tables, and fire rings. Good WIFI and cable. We are full-timers and stayed a month, so were relegated to a section in the rear of the property with back-in sites. These longer term sites did not appear as well maintained as the overnight sites, which is not uncommon at campgrounds (not sure why). Our particular site was not level side-to-side, which maxed out our leveling jacks. The sewer connection was at the same level as our RV outlet, so I had to improvise. The bathrooms were too far away from the long-term sites to use, so cannot rate their cleanliness. Other than that, our site was fine. Chattanooga has lots of things to do, so I am sure we will be back. We travel in a 36' 5th wheel.

Distance into downtown is short too (about 15min), Lookout Mountain can be seen from the campground too. I also like they don't nickel and dime for everything. No fees for guests here, and the cave tour doesn't charge for kids under 5. So my family of 5 only had to pay for the two adults and the kids LOVEd the cafe.
The pool is clean too, as well as the playground and laundry facility. Didn't check out the showers, but I'm pretty sure they were probably just as well kept as the rest of the place.
Would definitely stay here again.

Signage to the campground from interstate was ok, but not great. Upon arrival check in was easy and we were led to our site by a guy on a golf cart. The site was gravel and not difficult to get level in. We were in the 30 amp section and sites were pull thru gravel with a strip of grass with a fire ring and small shaky picnic table. The park wasn't full and thankfully they were spreading campers out and not putting folks on top of each other. There is ZERO privacy and sites are small. The pool was right in front of us which gave us a view of a packed loud pool. Campsite and overall the grounds were very clean and there seemed to be many work campers around tending to mowing and things.
The bathhouse was fairly clean. Showers had low water pressure and were not set up very well. There was one small hook and a very small shelf up high to put your change of clothes and things on.
Campground wifi worked well.
There is a laundry room on site. In spite of the signage stating the laundry closes at 8 pm and they will lock your belongings inside until morning the laundry actually never closed. Correct signage would have been helpful as we didn't attempt (but needed to do laundry) due to inaccurate time constraints.
We would be open to staying here again if in the area. However, we would likely seek out more private camp sites before returning.

We stayed here for 4 days and this is a nice clean, friendly park with great views of the mountains. We were lucky enough to stay on a site that was on a corner with a beautiful view of the mountains! Very nice staff and many attractions to see in Chattanooga. The wifi was good and good reception with our satellite.

About 30 minutes later someone from the campground knocked on our door and asked if we would be ok moving. Apparently a tree next to our site need to be cut down... that day... so we had to re hook and were shown to another site. Anyways, after we got settled everything was fine. Bathrooms were clean, wifi was decent etc. The location is nice as well, close to town but far enough away to offer space and tranquility. We are traveling the country looking for a new place to live and absolutely loved Chat so that helped as well!

Antenna tv had only a few signals so went to cable which was great. Lots of trails and sites to see nearby such as Ruby Falls, civil war sites and incline train.
