Seems to have some long term campers here and alot of noise. Also it is like another person said, a parking lot not an RV park.

Stayed here two nights while in Santa Fe. I booked it due to its proximity to downtown.
The sites were VERY tight. The electrical power is strung overhead and dropped down on poles between the campsites. The power drop was on the curbside of my rig. We had to maneuver our 5th Wheel so that we could open the slides and not hit the power pole plus give us room to open the door. I’m going to attempt to attach a pic.
There is no sign at the entranceway. Caused me to turn my rig around in heavy traffic.
The campsites themselves are gravel with concrete pads for tables. There is no evidence of maintenance to the campsites.
I would use the word ‘dump’ but I’ll let someone else.

The sights are gravel and we had to level approx. 3 inches, Staff is friendly. I have to echo another post that the signage to find this place leaves a lot to be desired. So easy to rectify. There is a fair amount of road noise and the traffic out side the park is terrible. However you are close to everything...food, shop, alcohol, and stores and the National Historic Parks. WIFI so so.

They do have an electric meter and will bill you for electricity use but it amounted to less than $1 a night for us. Men’s laundry wasn’t functional but women’s was ok. Don’t miss Rowleys Farmhouse Ales if you like craft beer and delicious food that isn’t your typical bar fare. The Pantry is a great place for breakfast/lunch.

I had stayed here half a dozen times, but I had a run-in with a long-term resident. It was 11p on a weeknight and the local was speaking very loudly, playing music. I asked them directly to keep it quiet, and it devolved to insults. Calling the office didn't help until the third call because no one was onsite.
Management passive aggressively left me notes about where I was supposed to park. I got conflicting messages between the grounds-keeping staff and office staff. I finally had to reach out to the owner, who was polite and clear enough, but they didn't have a direct way to communicate with me about where I should park.
Will not stay again. The laid back charm is just lax management.
Stay at the rodeo grounds ten minutes away for $10 a night. You'll get a better night's sleep.

The heating element was out on the dryer but I didn't know and paid $3.50 for 2 cycles before I realized this. There were 2 sets in the women's bathroom. Washer #2 took my money ($1.50), then filled with water and then stopped so I paid again for the cycle to run and spin my clothes! The hot water didn't work the 2nd night in the women's bathroom. The park was not in a good part of town. No signs for the park either. Stay elsewhere. I'm not sure why they charge so much for a rundown place with crappy appliances.

However, there really isn't anything super special about the park. The sites are pretty close together, but this is to be expected if you want to stay close to a city. If we were passing through we would definitely consider this park again for the convenience. However, if you don't have errands or things you want to do in town I'm sure you could find more scenic spots outside of town. Like some other reviews say - it is kinda hard to see from the main road so slow down when you get close!

Los Suenos sits on the edge of Santa Fe and has great bus service. The park is a mix of full time residents and travelers. The staff was very helpful. While I didn't use the bathrooms, I did check them out and they were reasonably clean, smelled good, etc. We were on the far end from the street and had no problem with noise. The sites were level, the electricity was good, and the water was fine. It appeared that some sites have the electricity pedestal on the wrong side requiring a long cord.
The washers and dryers seemed to be clean and well maintained.
