"Mixed good and bad"

Good: Very nice people, inexpensive, adjacent to High Rolls NM and Cloudcroft. Dozens of excellent hiking trails in Cloudcroft area and many excellent restaurants in CC. Brother in Law Barbecue is very good without the hours wait experienced for Mad Jack Barbecue. We loved Kennabells bakery for pastries and...

"We Have Stayed Here For 2-3 Days Over The Last 5 Years, The Property Is Not Maintained Anymore "

The property is no longer up to a price standard. The grass is not being routinely cut, there is dog shit in the gravel , there are dead trees on the property and dead limbs. At $68 a night, the place is no longer worth the price. Sure they have a small pool but it’s not worth what they are charging!

While we enjoyed our stay at TT, we would probably stay somewhere else if we came through ABQ again but only to experience something different and not because of any problem. Our site, number 41, was relatively level, however we had to block up the picnic table so our plates didn't roll off. Also, the wooden table was quite degraded so you...

Stayed here for four days, convenient location to take the Cumbres & Toltec steam engine railroad trip to Osier and back (highly recommend). Our site had lots of birds, squirrels and chipmunks to amuse our indoor cat. Bathroom and shower very clean. Their Starlink wi-fi performed flawlessly and ATT & Verizon also very good. Don’t miss the Texas...
