"Great Location For Aliens!"

An overnight stop on the journey west to visit the International UFO Museum. Easy access, great staff. Sites are gravel and level with concrete roads. A good number of permanent residents, but it was clean and quiet. The sites alternate, so you do face your neighbor. It can be a little odd, I suppose, if your are staying for a few days. ...

"Friendly, Clean, Easy to Access"

Small, nicely kept park with full hookups and very nice host. Quiet at night except for a few passing trains. There were maybe twenty-five Sandhill Cranes hanging out, a bonus. Magnificent birds.

We have stayed at Manzano's several times since January 2022 and most recently through the Christmas/New Year holidays. The owners, Barb and John, take pride in the park and it shows in its neatness, cleanliness, and camper-focused details. The pads are gravel, and most sites are divided by trees or plantings and some are demarcated by stone...

"Don't look for frills and luxury here! But it's a tremendous bargain! "

We needed a place for a one-night stay about half-way between destinations and Deming was it. Great reviews on Campendium for this little place so we gave it a try. You just can't beat this price for full service. We had hot showers, did laundry in modern washing equipment, had reliable electric, water and sewer hookups and friendly hosts. Also...
