"Perfect Place to Recover and Refuel"

After 5 nights of BLM camping, this spot gave us everything we needed. FHU, worked like a charm. Water, electricity, and sewer made life better and we are ready for a week of boon-docking . Eddie, the man in charge, was friendly and helpful. They... Read more

"Nice Views, Great Electricity, A Bit Loud"

This is our 3rd visit to the campground. We enjoy Saratoga’s Hobo Springs and like the little town. No bugs this visit!! There was more traffic both on the road above the campground and through the campground. A number of the drive throughs were... Read more

"Just a paved parking lot with good electricity and water."

If I am tired and just need a place to park that has electricity, I will stay here again. It is truly a paved lot with water and electricity.

"For one night, save your money and run the generator in Wal Mart parking lot."

The camp host was really nice and helpful but the park is really tight for a large RV. The sites are setup so that you back in from the wrong side. You definitely need a spotter to help. The water and electricity are on the wrong side. 30 amp... Read more

"Beautiful, remote, soothing."

This is a remote fairly primitive campground. There is water available in the campground and vault toilets. Fabulous stars. Our view of the canyon was incredible. No phone service, no internet, no newspaper. Bring a hummingbird feeder. We had... Read more

"Good utilities, near bus stop, nice staff."

The price included taxes and an AARP discount. We are towing a trailer and didn't want to unhitch so we asked for a long pull through with 50 amp service. Los Suenos sits on the edge of Santa Fe and has great bus service. The park is a mix of... Read more

"Great view, HUGE clouds of mosquitoes!"

This is an easy access campground with room for large RVs. If you are towing and the CG is crowded, you will need to unhitch and back in. We came in late on a Thursday afternoon and camped on tier C. There is great, brand new 50 amp electricity on... Read more

"This is a beautiful spot for SMALL RVs"

We were excited about camping along the Platte. We love the area, however the review that recommends large RVs take the left fork failed to mention the large sign saying NO Overnight Camping. Luckily the promised circle in the trees allowed for an... Read more

"Pleasant, cozy, older park. Mainly Full time."

This is a very comfortable, older RV park. When we arrived, Scott, the owner, met us and walked around to show us the available spots. We choose one with a large tree and a small "back yard" surrounded with a fence and trumpet vine in glorious... Read more

"Pleasant, quiet, great birds, somewhat primitive."

The campground was almost empty on a Wednesday night in late July. We pulled in, parked and the camp host came over to collect our fee. Cash or check only. Harrell, the host, is a big, burly, very nice biker looking dude. The sites are dirt and... Read more
