Staff was friendly and offered advice in and around Santa Fe. Close to town and with that comes some extra noise and congestion. Totally worth it. Park is very well maintained. Best place to stay if you want to be close in.

The showers were rink-a-dink for a so-called "resort".
The grounds guy, Dale, is a real sweetheart, nice guy to talk to but I never encountered anyone in the office that was overtly friendly, rather stoic and business-like.
Being on the main road, every loud hot rod and motorcycle seems to want to test their prowess there, so road noise is considerate.
One plus- You can catch the bus to downtown right out front for $2 all day

We loved staying here. Clean, quiet and well maintained! The staff is so helpful and friendly and give suggestions on where to go (Madrid) for day trips in the area and hood slit to eat. There are several good places nearby! We will make this our Santa Fe home anytime we are in town.

Has the best staff, wonderful clean campgrounds. I have never stayed at a better place, huge dog run, potty stations everywhere. The weekly rate was very generous, and we stayed 2 weeks.. Awesome place.

Picked this park over another one a little further away from the Plaza to be closer in. At first glance once we got settled in, we thought that this was a good location and a nice park, just 4 miles to downtown. However, we felt differently after we returned from dinner which was a short walk to the El Coral Restaurant.
The Cerrillos Road neighborhood is filled with street people, drug users, prostitutes and others who are doing business and panhandling, enabled by the vacant lots and other hiding areas along the road. Later on the first evening, as we were lying in bed, we heard several rapid gunshots above the din of the road noise, followed by police sirens and lights flashing through our curtains. This was on a Saturday night, however, the following Sunday evening it was much quieter. Certainly, the seedy neighborhood is not the park's fault. In fact, the well kept park and other mid-range hotels probably helps the neighborhood's overall condition to some extent. While there is no closed gate to the park, there are security cameras throughout the park, and cipher locks on the laundry rooms. We never saw any of the street people wandering around the park.
OBTW, the El Coral Restaurant is highly recommended. I had some of the best tamales I ever tasted. The restaurant is not fancy at all, but the service was great and so was the food. However, I must warn you that both the rojo and the verde sauce is 3-alarm. I recommend that you get the sauce on the side. They do have bottled beer, sangria wine and maybe some bottom shelf grocery store white wine.
Aside from the neighborhood, the park itself is very nice, clean and quiet, with the exception of the road noise. They have good wi-fi, and very nice laundry rooms. They also have a large 1/2 acre dog park some distance from the RV's. No recycling. All of the staff that we encountered were nice. We booked our stay the day before arriving and was told that we got the last available spot.
They do have several rules. You must check-in before 1730, and you can't self park your rig without someone being there to help guide you in. I'm not sure what you can do if can't make the 1730 deadline. I guess you find somewhere in one of the many shopping centers parking lots along Cerrillos Road. Dogs are not allowed on the grassy areas, and they want you to park your vehicle to the side of your trailer. No charcoal or wood fires of any kind.
The downtown plaza is a $15 Uber ride away that we used.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I was a little bit annoyed by the lady who wanted absolutely to help me back in the site. That's something I usually do in less than 5 minutes with the help of my wife and the trailer camera; here we spent more than 10 minutes trying to understand each other , not easy with someone you don't know, anyway still a very good camping in Santa Fe 😉

Located on a busy commercial highway, TR is a convenient bus ride away from major shopping areas and downtown Santa Fe with all it has to offer. The staff here is friendly and gracious. They will give/loan you guides, maps, info and advice. Accommodations are comfortable. One of the highlights of our visit was dining at nearby El Comal, a truly authentic "local" Mexican restaurant with terrific salsa. Cell level was acceptable. The only noise issue was the rap music coming from a nearby party one evening. Probably the best RV campsite within Santa Fe proper.

This was our second visit and the good news is that it is still a well-maintained older urban park with friendly & helpful staff and a chill vibe due to NO KIDS ALLOWED! The bad news is that the town has grown south and the road noise on 6 lane Cerrillos Blvd. has increased exponentially. It’s really a problem with street racing and loud unmufflered vehicles late into the night. Not the park’s fault, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper so ask for a site away from the street. The other problem is that the park allows commercial RV washing/detailing all day long from morning through dinner hour. It’s a bummer to be chased inside by the added noise of a LOUD air compressor for an hour or so while a neighboring rig is being detailed. Sites are nicely spaced and very well kept. Showers & laundry are spotless! WiFi spotty & slow, needed booster.

Little bit tight, space-wise. Clean restrooms. Right on a busy road, but it's walled in like a courtyard, so you get some separation from the noise. Location is very convenient. Good trees for shade.

“I Would Rate A Negative One If I Could”

Crooks. Cancelled but still charged FULL amount and not just the deposit. They were in no shape or form confused about us NOT coming in after arguing about not being able to come in 5 minutes late. They knew full well how much construction was on 25 and were banking on us not coming in. Do NOT use their online reservations as they’ll give every excuse as to how their information was provided. Shadiest information given.
I’m sure the park is nice if you want to be surrounded by full timers.
There’s a special place for the woman who answers the phone there.
