This is a new CG and still under construction but has several electric sites. Nice southerly view of the mountains which are maybe 20 miles away. The owners are very friendly. It has easy access off the frontage road.

Barry is the host. He is very accommodating. He has good local knowledge. No water on site. Entrance from highway is a bit steep and is loose gravel.

Some sites next to the fast flowing river. Road noise during daytime but almost none after dark. Site 4 has bad Starlink reception due to large tall tree to the north unless you pull forward to the very end of the drive thru site.

This is a brand new Resort. It has all concrete pads and real grass in between. Do not go by Maps.ME as it will put you into a dead end. Instead look for the very large sign on highway 9 and the exit lane (coming from the west)

The new owners just opened up in the early summer. They have transformed the place. Ignore any old comments as they are not applicable. The sites are super long, wide and level. They have nice gravel.
