Owners are very friendly and helpful. Almost no internet so not possible to make a reservation after you arrive.

I expected (gravel, existing) pull offs but there aren’t any. The road has some rough spots. The circle at the end is very very rough - primitive. The views are fantastic. I did not stay as I would have to pull off the road which was posted against.

Web site says 6 miles when in fact it is only 0.6 miles. The road is closed beyond the CG for repairs. I suspect the CGs on 44 nearby could be noisy from traffic on inclines. Empty mid week! Not full at weekend.

Web site directions are beneficial if coming on 40 from the west. I came from the east and there are no mile markersto reference. I used gps and had to endure 7 miles of dirt road which was partly flooded in areas. I had called to confirm route... Read more

After rain stream was flowing fast. Had some mosquitoes. Nobody there till late afternoon Turning circle at end has deep sand towards the stream
