Beautiful place. I originally picked a site down by the water, but when we showed up it was going to be tricky getting our 37’ Verona in it. Talked to the hosts and they found us a place on top that is perfect for larger rigs. Lots of space in between camp sites. Lots of trees for shade. Gravel and paved spaces that are pretty level.... more

Talked to the hosts and they found us a place on top that is perfect for larger rigs. Lots of space in between camp sites. Lots of trees for shade. Gravel and paved spaces that are pretty level. Very clean.

Nice location on the water. Sites are well spaced. Bathrooms were immaculate. Lots of available sites on a Thursday in mid-September. Reservation easily completed online. A bit pricey for my needs... No non-electric sites, so you are paying for electricity whether you use it or not. I paid $26, plus a $7.70 non-resident fee, p... more
Nice location on the water. Sites are well spaced. Bathrooms were immaculate. Lots of available sites on a Thursday in mid-September. Reservation easily completed online.
A bit pricey for my needs... No non-electric sites, so you are paying for electricity whether you use it or not. I paid $26, plus a $7.70 non-resident fee, plus tax. Would have had to pay an additional $8 daily park entrance fee had I not had an annual state park pass. $43, in my opinion, is too much for tent camping.

Overall Rating
Paved roads and sites, not close together. We had a pull through and there were plenty of other pull through. Plenty of trees for shade. Showers were clean, as were the bathrooms. If you book online be prepared to pay daily or weekly park access fees once you arrive. Quiet at night.
