Toqua Park

Loved the breeze coming off both lakes. $20 for a night with electricity. They have a place to fill your water tanks and to dump as well. Just not at your site. Level spot and I was able to park horizontally to have both lakes in view. Awesome!

Friendly town, very peaceful. All sites are along the shores, good sized, with picnic table, fire ring, and power. Ours was next to the hedge for privacy, which was great for a tent. One of the quietest campgrounds we have stayed at. Flush toilets, showers and good hot water. Lower number sites are closer to the toilets. Higher numbers are farther from the park but busier by the boat landing. Small town but, Cenex has everything you might need. Swimming and boating well used but not crowded. Downsides (that did not bother us) could be bugs (come prepared), if the wind is right a farm smell, and locals say the lake can fill with smelly algae later in the summer. The beginning of June wasn’t too bothered with any of these. Great spot!
