“Tight Turns but Beautiful Campground”

Reviewed 6/8/2020

Days stayed: 2
Site Number: 25
Overall Rating

The corners are tight and the sites are shallow

Several sites are right next to the road, but 29 and 30 are very secluded

There are two trails that are accessible from within the campground (Riverside Nature Trail and Crimson Trail) and one trail right across the street from the entrance (Wind Cave Trail)

Flushable toilets and excellent camp hosts

We would definitely stay here again

“Campground Closed For Three Summers”

noted 6/2/2024

Campground is supposedly having a makeover, but this is the third summer it’s been closed. We haven’t seen any work done other than every tree has been cut down the first closed summer.
