Overall Rating
This is a small Campground located east of Idaho City at a higher elevation around fifty two hundred feet. From Boise it's about an hour or so to Idaho City and then about another 40 minutes after Idaho city where the grade become steeper and winding. If you're pulling a trailer make sure you are comfortable on tight turns and steep grades. This is Highway 21. Campground itself is small and the sites are pretty close together. Most sites have shade. Don't come here if you want Solitude and isolation from other campers.
