We only stayed here because we needed to hook up and dump before we returned our RV on Monday Sept 16. We also wanted a nice long hot shower before our flight home. Having camped in National Forest or BLM sites exclusively our whole trip it was difficult to stay here. We were pleased that we only had to pay $30 plus tax. The showers were clean, wonderful and hot and not on a timer. But the noise continued long after dark, a dog barked often with the owner yelling at it overnight. We slept little, but woke early to clean the RV, and ourselves and be on our way. We left at 8:15 and saw no one about at all. We were able to return our shower key via a mail slot and didn't have to pay a deposit as we were leaving before the office opened at 9:00. The one picture we took before leaving shows how close all the RVs were. Obviously some folks don't mind camping this way but it isn't for us.

They have just completely redone the rest rooms and I would compare it to any 5 star resort. They keep the entire park very nice. And all the staff are very helpful, they treat me and you like family. I hope to be welcomed back for years to come... many thanks! Mike

We took a chance on this site and it was quite the jem. The cement slabs were close together, but it was very clean and well kept. Nice pool and shaded kids play area. There was even free coffee in the morning.

Overall, it's a nice park with clean facilities including a pool, spa, laundry, pet areas. The staff is friendly as well.
Where they lose points are the tenants. The park advertises as not allowing older dilapidated rigs. Well, there were more than a few who were obviously living in the park full time with their "stuff" spread out like a yard sale.
Also, and I know the park can't control it, but just about every other rig had a boat load of smokers. On our evening walks, we may as well have been in a casino. And our space fronted Boulder Highway, so it was loud with traffic.

Sites are pretty close together and we almost had difficulty pulling into our spot due to the trucks parked perpendicular to their rigs on the street.
There's also no quarter machine in the laundry room, and the bathrooms require a key due to the vagrants that frequent the area (we never saw any).
I'd never go on vacation to stay here, but it suited our purposes.
