The place is a sham! It is a “trailer park” more than an RV Park. This place was the only one we could find that had room for as we were arriving during the Super Bowl and Presidents day. It was suggested we try them by one of their competitors. It looked okay on their web site. The park was easy to find. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. It is a gated park so we felt reasonably safe. The rules are fairly basic but here is where the problems start. They are policed differently. There is one set for permanents and one for transients. We noted: many speeding vehicles (well over 10 MPH), many units with more than the two dog limit, lots of off leash dogs and many dogs over 35 pounds. This park has a policy that refuses service to those who’s units are older than ten years. We have a 2011 but we explained that it was in very good condition thus we were allowed entry. Upon arrival, we noted a number of “older junkers” so clearly, the 10 year rule is only for transients. Trashy permanents seem to be okay and having a lot of junk around them plus cramming three (or more) vehicles trying to park in the same site seem to be allowed. Having vehicles parked on the street makes it difficult for transients to pull to a site in many cases.
Our site, 7311, was a pull through with a concrete pad that only the coach fit on. There is no patio just a small space of pea gravel to place a chair on. There is no room for a picnic table or fire pit. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is tight even for an urban park. We were not quite slide to awning but close Our site was flat but heavily sloped to the nose. When our levelers were extended, Our front wheels were off the ground so our first step out of the coach was huge. Expect urban noise. Sirens, Airliners, Helicopters, Harleys with no exhaust baffles etc.
There is park included wifi but we used our own hotspot. The cable TV provided many channels. We did not look for any OTA channels. Satellite will not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms, showers or pool. The laundry room was clean and all machines were operable.
The fenced dog run is a very small enclosure not big enough to exercise your pup nor was it clean. We picked up a lot of poop before we would let our dog in and then it still smelled badly of urine so we decided not to let her use the space. Our neighbor told us there was a nice dog park not too far away that they use.
There are lots of amenities near by. Casino, Restaurants, pubs etc are just a short walk away but be advised, you will encounter pan handlers just outside of the gate.
We wondered why this park had so many vacancies during such a busy period. We, as well as others obviously have found that, unless you want to join the trailer park crowd, this park should be avoided. We paid $51.98 (weekly rate inc tax) per night and we feel we received very poor value. We will definitely pass on this one if in the area again.

We reserved online paying for 1 night in advance. After arriving we were told our 1 day charge was considered a deposit, which we wouldn’t get back until we checked out and it would take 3-5 days before credited. We we never told/read it was considered a “deposit “.
Might stay again.

Stayed 11 nights in a pull through. Site is on the tight end of the spectrum. Had to unhitch and angle park to fit. Perpendicular parking would have me in both of my neighbors space.
Staff is really friendly and hospitable. A majority of the park appears to be long term residents. Fences, cluttered areas and it seemed like every other site had 3 vehicles. Some always sticking out into the pathways. Creating an even tighter pass.
Staff was always doing there best but the trash would still be piling up. Sofas, mattress’s, etc.
Be prepared for people cutting through your site.
Hot tub was not working so we did not get to enjoy the pools.
I would come back if in a tight situation.

Had an 11 night stay in pull through site 7313. Staff was very helpful and hospitable. There is a pathway to walk straight to the casino.
Packed in like sardines with plenty of permanent residents. We fit our site perfectly while hitched but had to disconnect and park perpendicular to allow us use of our patio. Street parking was an issue. It seemed as if every other site had 3 extra vehicles blocking and making pathways a tighter squeeze.
People constantly cutting through campsites.
Staff did their best but locals would puke on the trash.
Hot tub was not working so we did not get to enjoy the pools.
Definitely a layover.

We needed to stay in Vegas for a bit while purchasing a new truck, and this place can't be beat for the weekly price of $168 with all utilities included. The bath houses are well kept, the pool and hot tub are really nice, and there are a lot of mature trees offering a lot of shade. Because it is a Casino, families with children are limited to 2 weeks.
Parking is a bit tight, but the roads a wide enough to allow large rigs to pass without issue. The spots around ours all back up against a grass area with picnic tables. So the kids had some room to run around. Verizon was slow due to overloaded towers, and the park wifi was a joke. Security is tight in this park, and we never once felt in danger of having anything stolen, despite being in a less than favorable area of Las Vegas.
The sites are tight, and you will have to level pretty far as the entire park slopes down. Our neighbors were about 4 feet from us when they extended their slides.
Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Just be prepared to not get any sleep every Monday night from around 2am to 3:30am when some trucks pull up to the casino and turn on massive vacuums/generators/jet engines.
