This is our second stay here.
Call on arrival day and talk to 97 year old owner. She’s so nice and comes out when you pull in.
This time she said “ why don’t y’all stay longer then follow me to Alaska”.
Love talking to her

A good place to stay a night I guess you would get used to the noise after a while a good base for quail hunting the area but it is in a drought. 20 $ a night 350 $ a month cash only I didn’t go into town so not sure what is there Walmart is in Wilcox 40 miles away no Wi-Fi

The owner was super nice & her helper was also.
I pulled in last minute in the middle of a rainstorm. Felt very comfortable there. I will come back & stay again.
There are no frills, but a great spot for a one nighter.
Did hear a little highway noise but not alot.

It was getting late and we needed to stop for the night. Pulled in and were given a spot. The owner was a doll, so sweet and kind. We will stay here again, if the timing is right.

$20, cash only, water, sewer, and power at each site, but there are also some dried camping sites at the end if it's full for some reason.
About 30 minutes up to Fort Bowie National Historic Park, which is really nice to enjoy with a 15 minute walk or a 3 mile hike, whatever suits your fancy.

Agree with all the prior comments about this place. Easy in and out. Everything works. Friendly folks. But in five years of RVing we’ve never encountered worse bathrooms. We have a small camper with small tanks so we always use the camp showers if they’re available. It would take very little effort and just a few chemicals to do the following: chuck the soap and toiletries people have left behind; buy some Kaboom mildew cleaner and use it to remove the copious amount of shower mildew; cut the bottom off the interior shower curtain; wash both shower curtains with bleach; really attack the toilets; toss the sopping wet rug in front of the shower and replace it with a rubber grid mat; clean everything with a scrub brush and then maybe break out a paintbrush and some paint. Really wouldn’t take much work or money. I realize that most folks probably don’t use the bathrooms but jeez. Still, we’d stay here again!

The nicest people own and operate this park. Everyone that was there were very friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The area has old Indian ruins for sight seeing. Sunrise and sunset over mountains were gorgeous. They also offer water and dump if you were camping near by. We will always return and highly recommend it.
