I got here mid morning and checked in at the office. Accepted my debit card to pay for the site and was told I could use any open site. They have showers, coin operated laundry, propane and full hook ups.

First of all, I wasn't planning to stop here. I broke down on I10 and limped for 4 miles to the next exit and lo and behold, Dwayne's Mountain View RV Park. First of all, I wasn't planning to stop here. I broke down on I10 and limped for 4 miles to the next exit and lo and behold, Dwayne's Mountain View RV Park. I thought I was going to have to fix my trailer on the side of the road or in some abandoned packing lot but this was a pleasant surprise. $20.00 per night with full hookups ($16.00 per night for the week), a store, propane, gas, food truck and 2 of the best camp hosts I have met so far while fulltime RVing. Tom and Tracy took me in and helped me when I needed help. The more work I did on my trailer, the more things I found that were wrong with her and ended up staying for 20 days doing the work and waiting on parts. Needless to say, I would recommend staying here. There isn't much around the immediate area, but there is plenty of hiking trails and it's a short drive to civilization (Walmart, restaurants etc). Only negative would be the frequent trains going by. It didn't bother me but may be an issue for some people.

Check in at the gift shop where there are a good 50 different types of fresh jerky, plus flavored nuts/peanuts, jams, olives, and candies for sale. I picked up a sweet and spicy brisket jerky and the chili lemon peanuts. Both were excellent. There's also a small food truck with both Mexican and American offerings. I got the 3 carne asada tacos. They were awesome and actually came with a 4th tortilla under the 3 tacos so I could make another taco with the bits that fell out of the 1st 3 tacos. Genius!

The people are great and there is a food truck here with some awesome carne asada tacos. Cool little find and I actually stayed here twice as long as I had planned.

We pulled up around 3pm on a beautiful Sunday afternoon with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, some still snow-capped. We stopped here because temps here tonight will be 36, while Wilcox, AZ, is expected drop to 32. With such clear skies, both locations could easily get a bit cooler, and we don’t have a 4-season unit🧊 so we’re trying to camp just above freezing whenever we can.
Park is clean, level, and simple with full hookups, clean bathrooms and acceptable showers. There’s a good food truck, though it’s cash only. Campground and store accept credit cards, though, so it’s fine. The store I sells a locally-made pecan pie that’s just amazing, so don’t miss that if you stop here. Office and food truck close at 6:15pm. Office opens at 7:15am. At $20 for the night, it’s a great value.
Sandwiched between I-10 and the railroad tracks, but it’s fine as we can barely hear I-10 and the train doesn’t need to blow its whistle as it goes by.
Staff in the store, campground and food truck are all nice and friendly. It’s a great place to stop for the night.

This is a nice inexpensive spot to stay. The little gift shop is clean and well kept. The rv spaces are clean spacious. The S/E part of Arizona has many historic places to visit. If you are not in a hurry there are many day trips you could take and use this place a a central home spot.

Great park to spend a few days. We explored the area and lots of interesting sites to see. We are AZ natives and had no idea how beautiful the area is. The park is clean and everyone is friendly. Will definitely be back to do some more exploring...in warmer weather.

Yep it's a little noisy with trains and highway, but makes up for it with amenities and staff. Showers, laundry, propane, gas, food truck, wifi( only usable at store area) full hookups. All for $20. You can't beat it for a quick stopover

Easy on/off access from I-10. Store that sells jerky, nuts pie, etc was open. Food tuck located on property was closed during our stay. Employee was friendly and checked us in quickly. Gave us campground rules and rudimentary map of park. Instructed that we could pick out any pull through site that were located within a couple of rows.
Gravel roads located throughout park. Site pretty level. Plenty wide enough for our slides. Some sites have trees.
Park has restrooms, laundry, and wifi. Did not use any amenities, so can’t comment about them. Verizon signal was 3 bars LTE, but slow for searching internet. Despite being located near the I-10 and train tracks, the noise did not bother us.
Would definitely stay here again.
