"Gorgeous views, quiet"

We stayed here for an overnight headed East, then returned for 2 nights on the way back. Small, rural campground. While well attended by seasonal and weekend campers, it is freakishly quiet. Fishing allowed. Camp host super nice. Cash or check.... Read more

"Great for families with money"

Normally we dry camp/boondock. We (our fault) showed up in Friday Harbor on a whim and everything was full. Was referred here. It's a great spot if you have kids. There is a lake/dock for swimming. There are boats to rent and a large chessboard... Read more

"Not Many Options, Rabbit Poop Galore"

We took the ferry over to Whidbey Island on a whim and usually dry camp 50% of the time. We stumbled upon this Fair Ground and pulled in, not seeing any dry camping options and it was getting dark. It's a gravel lot, dead grass. About 4 other... Read more

"Big Spaces, Low price"

No hookups. Large open gravel lot. Facing towards the ocean is a bit of an angle, more spots behind that are more level. Just looking for a spot to stop on the road for the night. Shuttle can take you to casino. Quiet.

"Okay, but pricey"

We normally try to dry camp, but we needed real showers, to dump our black tank, and electricity to recharge our laptops since we work from the road. It's your normal snowbird, big rig kinda place. Clean. Across from the harbor and walkable to... Read more

"Fits the bill"

Arrived in Taos after hours. Grabbed a night spot. Located on the outskirts of town/close. Level sites with concrete ramps over gravel. Has bbq and picnic table. A bit dated, but basically clean and safe. Some road noise.
