"Lake Access Is Great"

"Peaceful, quiet, clean"

Stayed here 11/15-17. Initially we wanted to stay at Agua Caliente but it was full. Vallecito is only 4-5 mi away. We drove over there and payed for day use to soak in the hot pools. When we saw how crowded the campsites were there, we were glad... Read more

"windy and hot"

Stayed here on Memorial day weekend. Nobody else around except 1 night one other vehicle. Pit toilet on site. Temp was 100F, extremely windy, blew over our shade canopy. Cell signal was sketchy. Liked the proximity to Borrego Springs and the metal... Read more

Relaxing country getaway. Well managed, clean. A fire pit was brought to my site. There is a clubhouse and camping store with a few necessities. Beautiful oak trees give enough shade even on a hot day.
