Located next door to an expo center & fairgrounds. Nightly fireworks that are so close you can almost feel the sparks raining down! Extremely upsetting to pets! The percussion blasts were so strong our automatic awnings came in!! Next there’s the flood lights from the parking lot. Had to keep our night shades closed at sunset as the lights were blindingly bright! How they pack people in here amazes me! Guess everyone is here for the horse racing etc next door. At least we think that’s what all the yelling was about all day. Not all sites have sewer so make sure you ask if you dare to stay at the noisiest campground in America!!

We had a nice partially shaded spot backing up to the local bike path/river. Partial hookups, quiet park. Great for an overnight - pretty close to downtown Boise where we went for dinner out (highly recommend). Easy in and out. Did not use bathrooms or laundry. Spot 14 backed up to the greenbelt.

Several trees for shade, we were still able to connect to satellite (ask for that when you make your reservation, they work hard to make it happen). Level dirt site with picnic table and fire ring. Snug between sites but nice grass area behind.
Very quiet and dark at night, slept well with the windows open.
On departure day we had an issue with our large slide. The staff worked with us to extend our time. They have business cards for techs in the area and that found Locals RV Tech - Mike saved us!! Teeter and all the staff are wonderful and really add to the experience of staying here.
Their WiFi worked sometimes for us.
Easy access to Boise and the surrounding area. Restaurants and services all close by.

Campers BEWARE! From attempting to begin the booking process, the management at this establishment was clearly disorganized and unfit to run a campground. It took me several phone calls, physical visits, and multiple emails to actually book this stay. We were attempting to stay for the month of March and their website advertised $675/m from Nov.1-Apr.1 but when I FINALLY was able to speak with Toni, evidently the individual in charge, about what the rate would be, she said it was $1500 and that other rate only applied to 3 month stays or longer (at the time not clearly stated on their website). She worked the price down for me, which I appreciated but when my husband checked in, attempted to charge sales and lodging tax which cannot be charged with a month long stay as this then becomes classified as “rent”. They ended up dropping this charge and we continued on our merry way.
Upon checking in to our site, my husband voiced concerns regarding some tree branches hanging over our rig and didn’t look like it was in good condition which made us nervous. Their response was “well they all look that way” and offered no solution. When we began hooking up to utilities, their city water was leaking significantly. We shut off the water and immediately let them know as we did not want to waste resources. The next day they came by to assess and responded “they didn’t have the knowledge to fix the issue because they didn’t know where the shut off’s were” and left it at that. No repair, no offer to move our site.
Two weeks later, I noticed two $100 charges on our credit card account from the park. When we questioned the park about these charges, they told us that they were speeding fines but were unable to provide any documentation supporting the fines. When asked if they had any speed measuring devices, they said that they did not and that they watch the security camera to tell if people are speeding or not. A few days later, we asked for receipts and at this point, they became hostile and explosive, verbally assaulting my husband and extremely confrontational. They falsely accused my husband of making threats. At this point, they told my husband that they were trespassing us and we escalated to calling the police to settle the matter. We were able to settle the matter with the help of the police and they refunded us the remainder of our stay. Since then, other parks in the area have told us that they would not allow us into their park because of their affiliation with this park.
Avoid at all costs! Despite an incredible location, this experience has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and continues to be so.

I pulled in on Jan 4, 2023. I had made reservation for 3 nights and at the time asked them for a back in, "green belt" site that is more private. I was very pleasantly surprised that they accommodated that request with site 12, right next to the little log cabin they have. There were folks all day & evening, walking, jogging & biking back and forth on the river walk, as did I with my dog. Trails were plentiful down to the river. I am not usually a fan of RV parks due to the close proximity of ones neighbor, but seeing as this was the dead of winter & I was in the area to trade in my Nissan Xterra tow vehicle for a new Jeep Gladiator I had ordered, I was very happy there. Boise is lovely. The RV park is very quiet & very little road noise. Showers were immaculate. However, it is next to the fair grounds. And I imagine that would be very noisy & busy during State Fair or other events there. The staff is super nice & I added an extra night so to avoid potential bad winter road conditions. They have propane there, too & I was able to top off my tanks as soon as I pulled in.

Site A1 has reverse polarity electrical problem (mentioned by others here going back 3 years) - they acted like they knew nothing of it. After much discussion they refunded our money as we wanted no part of this place. There are nice sites, just know where you are assigned. Know too that the sites are tight - you are literally only a few feet away from your neighbor.

The staff was wonderful, the bathroom, showers and laundry room were SUPER clean (and cheap at $1.50 per load) and the bike rental was reasonable. Really good coffe a few miles down the Greenbelt Trail (Push and Pour) and a gorgeous ankle-deep gravel bottom side channel of the Boise river just behind the park across the trail. Trees, green grass and access to water really numbed the pain of the 100 degree weather. Gravel sites with concrete pads so you need to get your level on, but a Wonderful place to stay in Boise!

Lots of full timers in this big RV park. Dusty dirt roads and spots but easy to get around in a big rig. (Only one tight corner but that’s because we read the map wrong and went the wrong way.)
Super nice staff and clean laundry facilities that were actually functioning properly. Great place if staying multiple days and exploring Boise but it is a long drive (time wise) from the freeway for just a quick overnight.
Great cell service and actually got some TV stations that came through without a hookup, crystal clear.

Stayed in a full hookup site, think next time will choose power/water only for less expense. Lots of pull through sites with strip of green, picnic table and parking for extra or tow vehicle. Propane available, clean showers, restrooms and laundry. Quiet at night. It's right next to the Boise fairgrounds so I expect it might be not as quiet during fair time.
Right next to the fabulous bike path you can bike or walk for miles into Boise, explore the Basque Museum, Art Gallery, History Museum, bakeries, and get your donut fix at Guru Donuts in downtown Boise.

“Nonrefundable park”
noted 6/30/2023
Booked a 1 night stay here. Made reservations well in advance. Received a text receipt of the reservation but never received a confirmation. I called asking about the confirmation, but only had the invoice number as a reference. Was told they don't track reservations via invoice number. Finally found my reservation and told me I would get a text confirmation. Never got the confirmation.
Plans changed days in advance and left a voice message saying so. Again, no confirmation. I emailed and got a response that the reservation was cancelled but Boise Riverside RV Park is a nonrefundable park. I know that it is only $36, but no where on the website does the word nonrefundable appear. Not on the home page, reservations page or contact page. Since I never received a confirmation text message (I suspect nonrefundable is not on that document, if in fact they send confirmations).
I am not usually one to gripe, but at least tell me up front what to expect and I will accept the terms.
