Mountain View RV Park

The sites are packed pretty tightly together, but you have a small area of grass which is nice because we have a dog. There’s definitely some noise from the highway but it’s clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I only saw two other people while we were there even though there were no vacancies, definitely very quiet neighbor-wise.

The inly issue with this park is it is literally next to the highway. We use sound machines so we didn’t mind but my gholly it is loud. Right next to the airport but zero noise from that. The spots are real close but everyone is so friendly and the place is spotless! Would of given 5/5 if not for highway noise. Would stay again next time we pass thru

The real treasure at this site is its owner, Justin. He is everywhere...checking power boxes as people leave, saying good morning and remembering names(!), and running a tight and tidy ship! Justin is very personable, and did everything he could to accommodate our changing schedule.
The bathrooms and grounds were always spotless. Although right along the freeway so a bit noisy, the location was perfect for us as we spent most days at our daughter's home nearby.

First, the good things about this park. It is conveniently located in Boise, very close to the airport. The management and workers are so very nice and helpful. The park, albeit small, is very well taken care of. All of the utilities worked as expected.

The negatives. The sites are very close together. That’s ok as it’s a small park. But oh the noise. The park sits right on the freeway. Multiple lanes of traffic zooming by all hours of the day and night. Trucks with their air brakes, motorcycles and lots and lots of cars all day and night. The noise was deafening outside and still loud inside the rig. No, this is not the fault of the park but you probably won’t be sitting outside or get a peaceful night sleep.

Beautiful park. Clean, tidy well kept. Next to I-84 at the airport exit. Blacktop pad, grass yard. Washroom/showers are exceptionally clean and Space is long enough for trucks in the same space. The only thing i see that is negative is the narrowness of the spaces. By the time everyone puts their slides out, there is not much room between them.
The office staff, Gary, was very friendly and helpful. Guided us into our spot. We felt welcomed.

If you are flying in or out of Boise and or you want easy access to Boise, this is the location for you. The sites are tight but very neat and well cared for. We had no trouble getting our 40 ft 5th wheel into our site. You do hear the road noise, but that’s the price of being 5 minutes to the airport. The laundry mat is clean and well maintained. The Staff is very nice and very helpful.

We were passing through the Boise area and picked this RV park based on its location. It is truly super conveniently located, just off the interstate and easy to find. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We didn't go into the restrooms or laundry room, so I can't comment on them. The sites are all pull-throughs, which was great for us, but the sites are close together, however, and the campers were a mix of full-timers and travelers, seemed about a 50/50 mix. There is Wi-Fi internet access provided, although it is limited to 6 hours per device per day. Not a big deal for us.

The biggest drawback is that the noise level is very high. The location is very close to the airport, so there is a lot of noise coming from the air traffic. But the biggest source of noise is the traffic on the adjacent interstate highway. My wife likes to sleep with a fan on for the white noise, so the freeway noise didn't bother us much, but if you need it to be quiet to be able to sleep, you may want to look elsewhere.
