“Great Rate but Sites are TIGHT!”

Reviewed Jul 07, 2019

Overall Rating

Pros:
Passport and Good Sam Discount so really great pricing
Laundry facility was nice
The common area outside the office with grills was beautiful
Cell and WIFI were just OK.

Cons:
Sites were very, very tight here
Really dusty and you have to manage dirt in your RV
Not really close to the national parks but 10-15 min to town

“Nice quiet”

Great location just outside of town. Still close enough to all parks and downtown Moab. Get your Passport America or Good Sams membership before booking for a much better daily rate. We missed out. Very nice staff. Clean laundry facilities.

“Quiet and nice”

Reviewed Jun 22, 2019

We arrived after closing and our site info was on the door. Site was an easy gravel level pull through with simple hook up. 68 channels on the free cable with a few channels even in HD. Nice clean rest rooms, shower and laundry. Really nice group patio area with grills, chairs and fountain. We liked our stay and will probably come back... more

“Very convenient to Moab, everything you need”

Reviewed Mar 16, 2019

Overall Rating

Staff was friendly. Used the PA discount until 3/15, then $38 with Veterans discount. 5 miles south of Moab. Convenient to Arches NP. Nice laundry room and bathrooms. Women’s restroom had 3 showers. Nice patio and bbq area for visitor use. Spaces were a good size as were the roads.

“Good deal for Moab”

Reviewed Nov 11, 2018

Overall Rating

We boondocked for 15 days outside of Moab and then came here to hookup for a few nights. Moab campgrounds can be expensive and not so appealing. This is a good deal with Passport America. Friendly staff. Clean park.

Stayed here Apr 20 We didn't plan ahead (or book ahead) so we had a bit of a hard time finding a spot in Moab at this time of year. Apparently this is their busy season. This place was OK as a base for exploring Canyonlands and Arches but it wasn't cheap and not much elbow room. We didn't spend much time in the park so it worked but n... more

“Nice alternative to the KOA but can be dusty”

Reviewed Apr 13, 2018

Overall Rating

This park is nicely situated 8 minutes south of town and on Spanish Valley Rd instead of 191. That makes it a nice alternative to the high traffic/high noise KOA. However! We had several fronts roll through during our 2 week stay and the dust from the Rodeo Arena next door was unreal. We were sand blasted for almost a full day. Not t... more

“Best Vaue in Moab for Passport America Members”

Reviewed Oct 06, 2017

We waited too long to get a week's reservation so we were only able to stay for three days. But the Passport America rate is good for three days so we scored the best deal in town. Far enough off the highway to have no road noise, but still have the views of Moab Ridge. Nice trees for shade, but we were able to access satellite... more

“Perfect name for this RV park!”

Reviewed Aug 01, 2017

Overall Rating

It was nice to have full hookups because it was hot when we got here in late June. Sites are all gravel and ours was pretty unlevel. But the office person was nice and checkin was easy. Cool view of the cliffs and sunset was cool. But it is fenced in so you an obstructed view of it. About a 15 minute drive from Arches.
