The site is a mix of RV rentals and travel-in guests. The staff was straightforward and got the job done. The sites are closer together than we like and there were not many trees. If you don't need the amenities it may be worth trying to find something along the Colorado River.

WiFi was amazing and water pressure is powerful.

This park is a few miles south of Moab and is, therefore, a little less expensive then others in town (it's a pricey area plus lots of lodging taxes that'll getcha!; rate shown here is nightly rate with military discount plus all the taxes). It is a very quick & easy drive into town and to parks. Easy access with the RV, good check-in parking, level pull-thru sites, easy setup. Great wifi for working (and even streaming TV) and great free cable TV. We had a very nice shaded site which was appreciated in mid-August to help keep the RV cool! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, nice common-use area up front. Taking off one star due to closeness of sites to one another - as I type this my beautiful mountain view was just blocked out by a huge 5th wheel :(.

Pros:
Passport and Good Sam Discount so really great pricing
Laundry facility was nice
The common area outside the office with grills was beautiful
Cell and WIFI were just OK.
Cons:
Sites were very, very tight here
Really dusty and you have to manage dirt in your RV
Not really close to the national parks but 10-15 min to town

Great location just outside of town. Still close enough to all parks and downtown Moab. Get your Passport America or Good Sams membership before booking for a much better daily rate. We missed out. Very nice staff. Clean laundry facilities.

Staff was friendly. Used the PA discount until 3/15, then $38 with Veterans discount. 5 miles south of Moab. Convenient to Arches NP. Nice laundry room and bathrooms. Women’s restroom had 3 showers. Nice patio and bbq area for visitor use. Spaces were a good size as were the roads.

We boondocked for 15 days outside of Moab and then came here to hookup for a few nights. Moab campgrounds can be expensive and not so appealing. This is a good deal with Passport America. Friendly staff. Clean park.

We didn't plan ahead (or book ahead) so we had a bit of a hard time finding a spot in Moab at this time of year. Apparently this is their busy season. This place was OK as a base for exploring Canyonlands and Arches but it wasn't cheap and not much elbow room. We didn't spend much time in the park so it worked but not the best place we've stayed. There were other spots in the campground that looked to have a bit more room but I guess were booked well in advance. As the name says, it was OK.
