“Bad Drain Placement ”

Be prepared. The down hole for the business end of the hose is elevated about a foot from the ground. This means that everything, I mean everything, backs up in the low lying part of the hose and into the unit (depending on height of your drain). To get it to flow, you have to pickup the hose in the middle to get gravity to do its thin... more
Be prepared. The down hole for the business end of the hose is elevated about a foot from the ground. This means that everything, I mean everything, backs up in the low lying part of the hose and into the unit (depending on height of your drain). To get it to flow, you have to pickup the hose in the middle to get gravity to do its thing, let the low lying hose refill and then lift again. Took forever to empty three tanks. Just be prepared.

“$10 dump, no potable water”

Overall Rating
RV dump station with enough room to maneuver with our 24ft rig + large towed. You must pay the attendant inside before dumping. $10 to dump but no potable water available so not worth the price to us. There is a completely fenced-in grass dog park, which is nice.
